Beautiful Island Style Beachfront with AC and large covered lanai

Spacious direct beachfront home with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Home was recently renovated and redesigned for maximum comfort and relaxation. The beach is stunning with flat ocean in the summer, and lots of surfing action and large waves in the winter. We are on the bike path and close to the great surfing beaches and the grocery store. Relax on the large covered lanai and watch the whales jump from January to April.
We have all the conveniences of home with full kitchen, air conditioning, wifi, washer dryer, gated private parking, all linens and cookware are provided.

This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time
