When the house was built in 1984 (mom bought the bare land/lot in 1964) for our family, the contractor my parents hired built it as a "MODEL HOME", with two (2) master suites, each with there own private full bathrooms, and the house has been in our family ever since. My parents would rent it out during the "winter" months from November-April. And so I now do the same, we use/boat during the hotter months May-October and enjoy the warm waters/activities of Havasu with family and friends. My mom loved hummingbirds, so there are hummingbird feeders and hummingbird trinkets around the home, hence its name.
Why they chose this property
Welcome to our home away from home. Built in 1984 and with all upgrades/modern appliances, it's everything you need to make have a perfect stay here, just bring your clothes, toiletries and food!
Large fenced in back/side yards. Plenty of parking. Less than 5-minute drive to the London Bridge, Lake Havasu Marina, golf, movies, breakfast/lunch, and dining restaurants, many retail shops, grocery stores, and pharmacies.
There are Citrus trees in the rear "orchard"; Grapefruit, Tangerines, Lemons and limes, just help yourself.
Two Master bedroom suites, each with their own full baths. Large living room/dining/den area combined as the "Great Room", and a large open kitchen, a dual height wet bar/sink, with 4 bar stools, with plenty of appliances and gadgets.
The master bedroom suite (lakeside) has an Eastern King bed, large walk-in closet with plenty of shelving, The 2nd master bedroom suite also has an Eastern king, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. The Great Room is big enough to toss a few air mattresses down for extra visitors.
As mentioned above, this is our Home away from home.

If you are an "avid-walker", then the home is apx 25 minute's walking distance to the; London Bridge, "The-Channel" and Marina with many retail stores, convenience stores, fast food, breakfast/lunch, and dining restaurants. We love the friendly neighbors, the people, and the "small home-town feel and charm" of Lake Havasu.
