English Tudor home sits on almost 3 acres in subdivision type setting. Home is 12 minutes from VT and about 15 minutes from RU. Although home has country feel, the neighborhood offers paved roads for walking and enjoying winter mountain views and summer kshade trees. Home offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, as well as pullout couch in living room (with door) to relax and sleep. Linens and towels are included for sleeping up to 10. Property also has a guest house next door where guests often reside. We ask that you are respectful and considerate to these other guests. Come enjoy our sweet spot in McCoy!

Fantastic Blacksburg getaway!

Perfect property to enjoy some time in the NRV especially in the Fall with cool nights, hot tub, fire pit and Hokie Football! Thanks for a fantastic property!

My husband and I own and operate a tree pruning and removal business in the Blacksburg and surrounding area. We have 5 children, 2 high school boys and 3 middle/elementary age girls. We love being outdoors and enjoy kayaking, tubing and relaxing on the New River. We purchased our home in early 2018. We love being nestled in the woods, but still a part of a quiet neighborhood. We hope you enjoy our cottage as much as we do!
