The accommodations was exactly as described and amazing location . Check in process was seamless and communication with the host was very easy and very responsive . Had an amazing time on the beach just behind the property and short walk to fountain blue for drinks . If you are into physical fitness the boardwalk behind is an excellent running trail followed by a dip in the ocean .

I guests were arriving at different times, the front desk was able to accommodate that. The room was stocked with plenty of coffee, creamers and sugars, basic glassware, towels, and toiletries. The porch is amazing to sit on in the morning and evening to watch the sunrise and set. Very scenic, enjoyed the pool bar, but not their food. This was a perfect room for our group size and I would definitely stay there again.. Mark was helpful and reachable throughout the weekend for questions. Great location..

Beautiful condo!

The condo was amazing. Clean, spacious and amazing view. The host was really helpful and available for our needs all the time. The check in & check out process was really easy. There’s not enough words for the beautiful view from the balcony. Overall everything was perfect and we will definitely comeback.

Amazing!

The room was perfect for our bachelorette! Clean and tidy! Easy access. All of us having our own beds was awesome. The condo itself has everything you need. Loved the pool and the tiki bar. Food and drinks from tiki and the cafe downstairs were delicious. Location is great. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Unit

Our family of six really enjoyed this apartment, it was clean with great access to the beach and pool. View from the balcony was great along the intracoastal waterway and the southern exposure provided additional sun. Only complaint was that The Alexander ran out of pool/beach towels twice but the apartment was great.

One of the two elevators in the building was broken for our entire stay, which caused very long waits when we left the condo. The unit was nice with lovely views and lots of towels. However the coffee maker was also broken, a little thing but one that matters a lot.

It was a fabulous trip. This place did just what we needed it to. The balcony was the biggest hit!! It was beautiful! Also, the mirrors all over place really helped a group of girls to get ready.

A great location on Miami Beach

The property was clean and very well stocked with supplies. And all supplies were top shelf. Our only problem was that the walls to the next condo were thin, and the neighbors were having a REALLY good time. Even at 2 am. But even this was not unmanageable.

Best beach condo for our girls’ trip

This condo is fabulous and looks exactly as pictured! The floors, kitchen & bathrooms were absolutely beautiful and very clean. The views from the master and balcony were amazing, even when it stormed, still amazing! I was surprised at how comfortable the furniture was especially the beds. Fluffy pillows, soft but firm mattresses and clean linens. We had no interruptions or inconveniences due to the hotel construction and still had access to the pool, beach and gym. The hotel security staff was very friendly and made check-in easy. I would rent this condo again and any other HORA Vacation rental property as the owners are very organized and courteous. They provided detailed instructions for the entire rental process from booking to check-out and everything in between. I was completely satisfied with the owner’s level of customer service and open communication with me.
