Typical individual Landes house at the entrance of a small village, in a very wooded area with land of 2000 m2 unfenced, in a quiet and peaceful location. All on the ground floor, suitable for family reunions for 8 to 12 people maximum, for successful vacations or hunting gatherings (private hunting 5 mins).
 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are for couples and 2 with 2 single 90 cm beds, a very large living / dining room with an insert type fireplace, plus electric underfloor heating for the cold season.
Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle and various dishes.
Large table in the living room side can accommodate 12 persons, 1 kitchen side table for breakfast, a bathroom with bath and shower incorporated, bidet, shower, sink and toilet.
1 another separate toilet.
1 second bathroom with shower and sink.
iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and washing machine.
2 terraces, one 10m x 4m with large table for 12 people and another 3m x 2m with a small round table and 2 metal chairs.
1 heated swimming pool 8m x 4m secured with safety blind on roller, fence, with 8 deckchairs.
Animals are accepted.
OUR GITE CAN RECEIVE PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
ACCOMPANIED BY VALID PERSONS.
All doors are 80 cm, access to the Italian shower can be done with
the armchair. The whole house is on one floor, the rooms are spacious.
An access ramp on the front facilitates comings and goings.
Summer 2017, A STUDIO FOR COUPLES WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
WILL BE READY AT 50 METERS FROM THIS GITE, according to the rate which will be specified on request.

Weekend fabuleux dans un vrai havre de paix

Nous avons été accueillis par des hôtes très avenants et d’une extrême gentillesse. L’hébergement est situé dans un endroit calme et très reposant. Tout y est pour passer des moments inoubliables en famille. Le lieu est tout simplement superbe. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter. Un très grand merci à Line et José qui nous ont permis de rendre ce weekend mémorable et qui ont été d’une très grande discrétion.

Perdu au milieu des landes et très dépaysant, ce fut un plaisir de se retrouver entre amis ! Avons apprécié la grandeur des pièces, leur propreté, la piscine et surtout le chaleureux accueil de notre hôte. Une climatisation aurait été bien venue ou des stores en hauteur dans la salle principale pour limiter la chaleur.

Nous avons passé un weekend très apaisant dans une belle nature. La maison est charmante et très agréable à vivre. Une belle terrasse couverte permet de prendre les repas dehors et le coin piscine bien aménagé a été très apprécié. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles à tous nos souhaits. Ils nous ont cuisinés de bons et copieux repas et nous avons beaucoup appris sur la chasse à la palombe. Nous y reviendrons.

Nous avons passés 15 jours dans cette très belle maison charmante et accueillante et nous avons profitez de la générosité et de la gentillesse des propriétaires. Une maison tout confort, spacieuse et au calme avec un coin piscine sublime, légumes du potager et pain frais tous les matins. Bien que retirée et au calme, elle est idéalement placée pour permettre des visites journalieres dans le surpeuplé et magnifique pays basque avec un retour nocturne des plus apprécié dans ce havre de quiétude. Encore un grand merci à Line et José pour ces 2 semaines très appréciées.

nous sommes restés 15 jours dans cette maison charmante et accueillante, ou rien de manque. Nous étions 11 et il y a de la place et tout ce qu'il faut avec un coin piscine des plus reposant. un coin de paradis

Il n'y a pas suffisamment d'étoile pour noter notre séjour, les propriétaires nous ont bichonnés plus que nous le méritions, nous avons eu la chance de goûter au fruit du travail du jardinier tous les jours. La maison est extra, nous étions 13 et vraiment on ne se marchait pas dessus, il y a tout et plus. Pour les bébés, ne prévoyez rien il y a tout (poussette, chaise haute, lit, baignoire...). Enfin, le seul bémol du séjour, c'est qu'il faut repartir. Merci Line, Merci José pour cette semaine fabuleuse. A bientôt j'espère.
