This Waterfront Property Sleeps 6 & located within walking distance To Alex Bay.
Classic décor with a Nautical Flair! This fully furnished Townhome is beautifully decorated with many custom features, and includes high speed internet (300 Mbps), and WiFi. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath town-home boathouse on Carnegie Bay is perfectly located.
Within 5 mins you could be boating on the St. Lawrence River, swimming, fishing, touring Boldt Castle, Singer Castle or Rock Island Lighthouse, or seeing the Islands. In walking distance is the village of Alexandria Bay where you'll find many shops, restaurants small beach and park, and boat tours available.
The kitchen is fully equipped, plenty of cupboards and storage, beautiful Granite counters and a large breakfast bar with seating for 5. The open floor plan into the living room is equipped with an internet ready flat-screen TV, comfy Leather seating and a wall of windows with sliding door leading out to the balcony.
The balcony overlooks Carnegie Bay and leads to the St. Lawrence River. It is a great place to have your coffee at sunrise while watching the heron fly by, families of geese swimming or fish jumping!
All 3 bedrooms, have plush mattresses, lovely quilts, ample closets and dressers. The 2nd floor loft is open to a beautiful cupola with windows to see the fabulous stars at night and sun to greet you in the morning!! It has an internet-ready flat-screen TV.
The 3rd bedroom adjoins the loft, separated by pocket door for privacy. The a-frame roof and twin beds make this the kids favorite! The 1st floor bedroom is the queen master, with full closet and dresser, next to main bath with tub/shower.
And finally, the fabulous boathouse equipped with automatic door opener, ample lighting, power, water and large enough for a 30 ft. boat. Great spot, great time

The place was perfect It was very clean and had all the amenities. We caught lots of quality fish and it was great to keep my boat in the boathouse each night and during a few periods of rain. The property is close to everything. We went into Alexandria Bay by boat for dinner a few nights and cooked a nice meal at home on the barbecue. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a great 5 day stay at the Villas with our adult kids. The villa was absolutely adorable, spotless and comfortable. We cooked 3 meals and ate out two nights with our family of 6. The boathouse was perfect to store our boat the entire time. The boating was amazing ... highly recommend a gps. We fished and cruised daily. The area was very quiet and just outside Alex Bay. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome experience. Villa is clean, comfortable, linens and towels are top notch. This was a great place for our family to call home while we were visiting the Thousand Islands. Boat garage was super convenient on quiet bay/marina. It’s just a quick walk or bike ride to Alexandria Bay shops and restaurants. The owner was so kind and helpful, made the rental process super smooth, she even contacted us to suggest activities for the rainy days. Couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience!

First Time Alexandria Bay

We often boat on the St. Lawrence, particularly near the Massena, NY area. It was a fantastic experience; Michelle was an incredible host, the home was beautiful, and having a garage for the boat was an added bonus. The marina across the way was excellent, although the entrance was not well-marked. The town was crowded, but we drove to Watertown in the evening for some shopping, which was pleasant. The home had everything we needed and it was quiet to sleep.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay in this unit. It was exactly as described. Clean and nicely maintained. This was our first time in the Thousand Islands area. Michelle was such a help suggesting restaurants and activities to do in the area. Very prompt responses to all my inquiries (I think I may have asked too many questions but she happily answered all!). Will come back again soon!

A Little Slice of Heaven

We stayed in unit 10 and this place was spotless! Great location...secluded and quiet but still very close to town. We had a great time and everything was provided (minus the food and beverages of course)! We didn't have a need to get in touch with Michelle because everything was seamless. However, prior to arriving she was very responsive to any questions we had. There were five of us (2 adults and 3 tween/teeanagers). The living room was tight but the kids were able to spread out into their own sleeping area when they needed space. We rented a boat for a day and getting in and out the the "boat garage" was easy. I would absolutely recommend this unit!

Fun Fall Getaway

A comfortable, cozy, clean townhouse for our family’s long weekend. Simple process for booking and virtual check-in. Had all the perks of home - full kitchen, strong wifi, big main tv, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, comfortable beds. Kids loved the 2nd-floor back bedroom. About a 10-minute walk into town. Town was pretty quiet - several stores and restaurants already closed or wrapping up due to end of season. Close to hiking on Wellesley. Boat garage was important for our stay. Water was low due to end of season but we could still use garage and access river. Overall, it was a really great stay!

Family get away!

Due to Covid a trip to NC was canceled. We were desperate to getaway and found this great property last minute. It had been many years since I was last at the 1000 islands and it didn't disappoint yet again. The property was well maintained and right on the water. The owner recommended a great restaurant as well as a place to rent a boat...everything went perfectly! We will becoming back!
