Traumhafte Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir hatten einen absolut traumhaften Urlaub in Cala Millor! Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt und die Einrichtung ist genauso liebevoll gestaltet, wie überall beschrieben. Die Sauberkeit war vorbildlich und der Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer einfach atemberaubend. Besonders schön war es nachts das Meeresrauschen zu hören – einfach unbezahlbar! Ein kleines Manko war die Hellhörigkeit, die jedoch, wie uns bekannt ist, typisch für spanische Immobilien ist und gut zu ertragen war. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Maris war vorbildlich und äußerst freundlich. Als wir uns versehentlich an einem Samstag ausgeschlossen hatten, konnten wir Frau Maris sofort kontaktieren und sie hat umgehend einen freundlichen und preiswerten Schlüsseldienst organisiert. Wir möchten uns nochmals herzlich bei Frau Maris bedanken und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen! Es war einfach ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Tolle Wohnung

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage, direkt am Meer, man hört das Meeresrauschen im Bett. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern unterwegs, die Wohnung ist für Familien super geeignet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und die Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert… wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location, well kitted out, clean. Lots of little extras. 2 negatives - getting into the carpark is a nightmare - 90° turn on a 60° incline - make sure you have a small car. - the double bed seems quite small. Other than that, brilliant! Joana couldn't have been more helpful.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Alles war bestens. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und alles hat prima geklappt. Eine Agentur ist nicht involviert. Die Wohnung war toll, man findet alles was man braucht, sogar einen Sonnenschirm und Sandspielzeug für den Strand. In direkter Umgebung gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Strandpromenade liegt einem zu Füßen. Wer abends zeitig schlafen will, muss also auch mit ein wenig Lärm rechnen oder die Fenster schließen. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, welche allerdings eher für Kleinwagen gedacht ist. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir würden am liebsten sofort wieder hinfliegen. Vielen Dank liebe Joana. Sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit toller Lage

Die Lage ist super. Man ist schnell in der Stadt und hat das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Morgens wird man schon auf dem Balkon von der Sonne geweckt, der direkte Blick auf das Meer lädt zum Frühschwimmen ein. Restaurants, Lebensmittel-Läden etc. Sind in direkter Umgebung.

Wonderful Appartment

We couldn’t have wished for more, there is everything you will need, especially in the kitchen area. The view out of the windows is spectacular. One of the things we enjoyed on top of that is that you have everything around you, nice restaurants, a good sorted supermarket, ice cream parlor, shopping options and of course the beach. Joana is a doll, and very quick to answer if you have some questions. We are looking forward to returning to this wonderful place. Thanks for everything Joana!

Super Apartement

Ein großes , sauberes Apartement, mit ALLEM ausgestattet was man zum Wohnen braucht. Es ist eine Garage vorhanden, die Einfahrt ist sehr steil und eng, aber so erspart man sich das lästige Parkplatzsuchen.Das war gut. Das Beste ist der herrliche Blick vom großen Balkon auf die Palmen und Türkises Meer, der Strand liegt genau vor der Tür, die Fussgängerzone fängt auch genau dort an, und trotzdem ist es sehr leise abends. Die Besitzerin Joana spricht nicht so gut Englisch, aber ist überaus nett und freundlich. Wir haben einfach in der Vermietung angerufen, und dort hat einer vermittelt. Alles reibungslos, alles nett, es war toll, würde wieder kommen. Das Sofa war auch superbequem , Fahrstuhl, 2 Bäder, wirklich gut ! :-)

appartement très bien situé à cala millor , très bien équipé(clim--ustensile cuisine nombreux-four -grand frigo-machine à laver) et très propre vue extra ordinaire sur la mer de toutes les chambres et du salon !!!! garage en sous sol très appréciable terrasse très bien exposée et vue imprenable sur la mer ville très agréable ,rue piétonne,resto,tranquille nous avons passé 3 semaines extra ordinaires!!!!
