Stone house of 120 m2 on vaulted cellars. The property is surrounded by a manicured garden with trees 15000 M2, a pool of 10 x 5 m suite you can enjoy the ArdĂšche sun. A 5-minute drive from the center of the Vans where you will find all the shops you need for your stay. The house has 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds 90, a kitchen opening onto the living room on one side and on the terrace on the other side, a bathroom with double sinks, tub and shower, separate toilet. The cool cellars will allow you to store your drinks and other fruits and vegetables.

La maison est conforme aux attentes bien qu’il soit dommage que le linge de maison ne soit pas fourni et les lits non faits Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. La maison est agrĂ©able bien que trĂšs chaude en cette pĂ©riode : des ventilateurs neufs seraient un plus. Cependant la piscine est trĂšs bien entretenue, l’eau saline agrĂ©able. Surtout, la personne en charge est trĂšs disponible, rĂ©active et agrĂ©able.

perfect holidays

This is the perfect place for relaxing holiday. we as a family with three kids enjoyed the house very much. The house is wonderful with a very nice living room and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. They are two terraces to hang out both with shade. The pool is amazing and the garden is large with many things to explore. The cleaning robot in the swimming pool makes sure that the pool always stays nice. Because of the large garden the house gives the impression that you are all by yourself, but by car it’s just a few minutes going down to Le Vans, which is a very charming village. It has a wonderful market on Saturdays. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay here. The host is friendly and quick in answering. we would love to come back again.

SituĂ© en pleine nature, ce gĂźte trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ© et dĂ©corĂ© fut une excellente surprise. Les naturalistes seront comblĂ©s par le chant des cigales, du loriot ou encore du petit-duc. Il est idĂ©alement situĂ© pour dĂ©couvrir la rĂ©gion: bois de paiolive (arrĂȘtez -vous au restaurant Ă  l'entrĂ©e du bois), gorges du chassezac, jolis villages. ...Et en revenant de votre escapade, vous profiterez pleinement delĂ  piscine trĂšs bien entretenue.

Maison superbe

Maison superbe, spacieuse, de beaux volumes, trĂšs calme, avec une trĂšs jolie terrasse surplombant le jardin. Le jardin (ou plutĂŽt le parc) est somptueux, la piscine Ă  l’abri des regards. TrĂšs bien situĂ©e, Ă  proximitĂ© du village Les Vans et de nombreux sites, grottes, forĂȘts qui valent le dĂ©tour. Nous avons passĂ© une semaine extrĂȘmement agrĂ©able dans cette maison et dans la rĂ©gion. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir.
