About this property

Stunning newly renovated house Normandy Calvados

In a beautiful unspoilt area
Between the villages of Camembert and Livarot - Normandy
20 min from Lisieux - Less than an hour from the sea
Typical detached house Norman
Completely restored antique wine press - all the comforts of a modern home
The house is on the same property as the house where we live but is independent.
Very nice view over the fields, calm
There are two rooms:
- Room 1 on the ground floor: large bed (very good new bedding) with a bathroom: shower and toilet
- Bedroom 2 upstairs (mezzanine over 100m² open on the ground floor): double bed (very good new bedding) with bathroom: bath and toilet
Large living room with a kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, ...)
Given the layout of the house (open staircase and mezzanine), we unfortunately can not accommodate children aged below.
We are at your disposal for any further information.
A stay in St Germain is ideal for "stay green" and rest or to visit Normandy, cheese, distillery and Norman manor house, the landing beaches ...
