This 2nd floor suite with a private entrance has a bunk bed, bathroom w/ clawfoot tub and shower, pedestal sink and a funky, retro kitchen. Gas stove/oven, farmhouse sink, 2 small fridges, bistro table for two, dining table for 2, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker and all kitchen basics included. Perfect for folks in town for a game, concert or production, reunion, convention, short-term work assignment, holiday, etc. The unit is a combination of an added on portion of the rear of the house and the kitchen is part of the original 1890's building. This unit is in an urban setting. If you're not comfortable in an urban setting, this listing might not be for you. 2 NIGHT MINIMUM.

Positive feedback from my reservation

Overall, I enjoyed my reservation. Very peaceful spot. If you're aware of how certain blocks or neighborhoods work, you'll be fine. Outside (pictures) of the reservation throws it off a bit but everything was very put together. Property manager responded quickly to message & was flexible.

Peaceful private apartment

Shawn is a very kind and awesome host who always had great communication. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. I felt safe and relaxed there. I would recommend and would stay there again. Thank you!

Amazing stay!!!

Words cannot express how wonderful Shawn and his place was!! it was so comfortable, easy access and close to the hospital where I was working, he was very attentive and we had excellent communication. I would definitely stay there again and I encourage anybody looking for a great place to stay to please secure this place. You won’t be disappointed!

Great stay for the money

Apartment was exactly as described. Bunk bed was a bit small for adult but for sleeping quarters in between activities the unit was just fine. Need a tv in the unit. Neighborhood was definitely a bit subjective but my car was untouched for two nights which I was thrilled about. Homeowner was very attentive and unit was adequate.
