The three-apartment lodge has your new renovated living quarter waiting. Each apartment offers two to three bedrooms.

A fully equipped open chefs kitchen
A contemporary kitchen with Bosch dishwasher, new cooking appliances, a Cuisinart toaster, a fully automated coffee grinder/brewer system, that has your cup of coffee ready before you take your foot out of the bed. The kitchen pantry presents the basics e.g. spices, oil & vinegar, and more. Please replenish this area to your discretion.

2 - 3 cozy bedrooms
Snuggle into the luxurious, 800 threat count hotel-style bedding. Extra UGG pillows and throws are provided. Enjoy!

Master bedroom: sleep cool in a hyper-modern round bed. Read a book in the stylish lounge chair in front of the bedroom fireplace. Enjoy stepping out to the porch through the oversized french doors.

Second bedroom: this room doubles as meditation/yoga room. This room is equipped with Manduka yoga studio mats, blocks, belts, blankets, pillows and yoga books as well as chanting instruments.

Third bedroom: this room can be accessed if needed with a door code. Please inquire before booking to assure availability.

All room are decorated with black-out curtains that assures rest-full sleep into the bright morning sun. Get rejuvenated.

The sky high living room
Enjoy free WIFI. The living room is furnished modern with a large seating oasis and is equipped with a LG 49` smart TV. Stream movies via your Hulu, Netflix and various other applications.

Light a fire in the fire place and read selected cookbooks or have fun and play on a number of board games with your friends and family. Enjoy the artfully decorated chalet living room.

Dining room/sunroom: Enjoy meals in the artfully decorated dining room. The table seats up to 8 guests confortabley. This room doubles during the day as a quiet working room...unpack your computer and gaze out the oversized window.

In the bathroom find the spa style shower system and tasteful fixture finishes.

A 20-minute drive brings you to Woodstock that leads you to popular shops and restaurants for those seeking a good live and wholesomeness.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE HOME
Our contemporary farmhouse is tastefully updated that offers comfort and modern living. The peaceful restoration is evident by two in-house yoga rooms and the zen-like atmosphere with mountain views and the sound of the flowing water of the nearby brook.

Please enjoy the entire apartment and the garden. Noteworthy, the house is surrounded by miles of preserved forest land : )

In the surrounding
The dreamy farmhouse is located within a 7-car minute ride from Phonecia and Belleayre ski resort as well as Plattekill, Wyndham and Hunter mountain all just a short drive away.
Indeed, the area is respected for skiing and snowboarding or hiking in the warmer season. Phoenicia was voted No. 1 destination outside of NYC by Curbed New York, a real-estate and travel blog. Further it was named by Travel and Leisure`s in the `25 Easy Weekend Getaway` destinations. Also, it was voted by Budget as one of `Ten Coolest Small Towns in America`. In fact, you can enjoy concerts e.g. The International Festival of the Voice, various local restaurants, a yoga studio, cute shops and wild water tubing. Have breakfast or brunch at the famous Phonecia Diner make sure you enjoy a barista style coffee or snack out of their cool airstream just parked next to the diner. Peekamoose, another local restaurant is a strong contender for the best restaurant in the Catskills. There the food is excellent and comforting, and the service is lovely. When dessert time comes get nostalgic and roast marshmallows over the camp fire in the front of the restaurant.
A dreamland for fishing, mountain biking, hiking, and picturesque crystal-clear lake just a bicycle ride away.

The closest bus stop is in Phoenicia.
If you`re considering traveling by train, Amtrak and Metro-North both service numerous stops along the Hudson River, after which you`ll need to rent a car or take a taxi to get to our house.

If traveling by bus, these are your best bets:

Adirondack/Pine Hill Trailways, servicing the eastern region of the Catskills including Palenville, Hunter, Tannersville and Windham in Greene County, as well as Woodstock, PHOENICIA, Pine Hill, Andes, Delhi, Fleischmanns and Margaretville in Ulster and Delaware Counties.
