Happy Place offers gorgeous ocean views from the spacious balcony or the sun and sand just steps away with a private beach access. This condo is in a perfect location in Carolina Beach – close to restaurants, the Boardwalk, and lake, but not too crowded. Happy Place is an updated 2 bed/2 bath 2nd story condo featuring bamboo flooring, new bedroom carpet, stainless steel appliances, concrete kitchen countertops, glass tile backsplash, and comfortable accommodations for family and friends.

****PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach & Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted two parking spaces, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two vehicles or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. The HOA does allow for two guest parking passes, per guest visit. However, the Sand Pebbles HOA does not have assigned parking and cannot guarantee a parking space for any vehicle. The HOA recommends that guests only bring one vehicle during peak season. Sand Pebbles has 91 parking spaces and 72 units.

Wonderful Stay

We had such a wonderful, relaxing stay at Happy Place! The condo met all the needs of our family. The resort was quiet and relaxing-which is exactly what we were hoping for this week. We loved our view and ocean sounds from the patio! We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful beach stay

This condo was perfect for me and my kids. We had ocean views and they could easily walk to the boardwalk. The porch is spacious. We’d definitely come back!

Not so Happy Place at first....

The place is great. Perfect location & view of the ocean & ok pool, but with no furniture. Parking is tight & although the place can accommodate several adults, only TWO cars maximum are allowed on the property. We missed this memo & everyone came at different times, so we had to get annoyingly creative. Condo is comfortable & cute. WiFi was on, but no visitor access. Upon arrival, we realized we got a keypad how to video, but no code. The parking was confusing. The condo hadn’t been cleaned or linens changed, so we had to call for maid service & leave & come back later. After all the logistics we had to work out, it was a very nice weekend. As soon as some organization of renting the place is implemented, I would consider staying here again.
