Communication with owner was great. We were able to access the unit earlier than check in time, which was great for my parents who had a longer distance to drive. View of ocean was wonderful. Can’t beat the location. Would stay again!

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The area is quiet , clean and private. The parking between owners / condo renters is some what difficult but overall definitely will stay at one of thier other properties.

Amazing views, great beach

The property was as described. The unit has an amazing view of the beach and easy access to it. I did wish the second bedroom had a different configuration to maximize the use of the balcony. We did get a lot of rain on day three and four of our stay due to a tropical storm that resulted in some leaking in the master bedroom. The property manager was excellent and quickly answered our questions. We enjoyed our stay even though it rained, I would recommend this property for a small family/group.

I, my brother and his wife stayed in this unit for a week. We are all senior citizens. The unit was easy to access. Even though it was on the first floor, we still had an excellent view of the ocean. The unit was clean and wonderful. The photos in the listing are completely accurate. Our contact, Glenna, was outstanding. I had to contact her before our trip, and again once while we were there. She responded immediately and helped us completely. I would absolutely stay here again.

At least one twin needs a new mattress - not an egg crate mattress. All beds need mattress covers. Need new pillows in twin room. Pillows are very flat. Hall bathroom needs new curtain and rod. Rod is rusty. Hole in wall needs to be repaired. Need at least two new ice cube trays. Several provided are cracked and broken.

We wanted a quick trip after christmas and this place fit the bill! Condo is so close to the beach and quiet! We had an issue the first day but the owner had someone fix it immediately. Thank you so much!!!

The location is perfect beautiful ocean front views. I emailed the property manager the first day, she never answered. The twin beds are disgusting. The shower curtain was covered in mold. You have to pay an outrageous cleaning fee and put thin sheets on the bed yourself. They didn't fit or stay on. They do not give any paper products, partial roll of tp no back ups.

Beds were awful. Twin beds: one had box spring and egg crate foam pad and the other was mattress. Queen bed did not comfortably accommodate two people. Pots and pans were unwashed from previous tenants and put away in cupboard. No toilet seat in bathroom. Location to beach and view from balcony were not disappointing. Difficulty reaching property mgr with questions.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Easy beach access and short drive to boardwalk. Very clean and nice. Had issue with tv, messaged and new tv was brought and installed within an hour. Had a great time and experience would definitely recommend.
