Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this three bedroom, three bath residence located at Windward Point in the Sea Palms Golf Course Community.

The welcoming foyer of this unit opens up to a spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas which lead out to a covered balcony with views of the marsh and the Windward Point gated pool. A split bedroom floor plan allows for privacy and the master bedroom offers spectacular marsh views.

You will also enjoy gorgeous sunrises and marvelous eastern marsh views while looking out toward Sea Island. It is very private and quiet. There are nine foot ceilings as well as carpet and tile floors throughout. Windward Point places you just steps away from Sago Restaurant and a beautiful 18 hole marsh view golf course.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• NO Pets are allowed in this unit
• Parking is provided for 2 vehicles

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 4 TVs (TV in Living Room is a Firestick)
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

It is well appointed and the location - although not on the beach is excellent. It is very convenient to golf,dining and shopping. it is next door to Sea Palms Resortand it would be important to have access to the Sea Palms amenities - golf, gym, restaurant and pools.

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful and super clean! This 3 bedroom condo had plenty of towels and hangers (most do not). Good location. Eanty of restaurants near by. Uber is available for the times we went down to the village. The pool is nice and clean. Enjoyed everything about the codo. There are blackout blinds in the master, not sure about the other bedrooms. The ice bin was full which was another plus. . Upon checking in, the staff was super sweet and even gave us a list of places that had live music. I highly recommend this condo. We will most likey stay here again even if its just the 2 of us.

Accessible, comfortable, clean.

Room was very clean and beds are super comfortable. The condo is really close to all resturants and downtown. Great for family vacation! Love the view. Plan on staying again in the future.
