Great 3BR 2BA house with expansive patio for relaxing or fun and games. There is a private dock with kayaks and paddle boards for your use and there is a marina close by that has great daily/weekly boat rentals. Enjoy a night in the backyard with a fire pit lit (we have lawn games included too) Don't forget to stop at the local farm stands for fresh food for the grill. Leave all your worries behind, everything you need while on vacation is here. For your convenience we provide linens for the beds, towels, beach towels, toiletries, hair dryer, coffee maker,
This house is centrally located, a short drive to the East is Greenport for many fantastic restaurants & nightlife and a short drive to the West is the Riverhead Tanger Mall for shopping, in between are wonderful wineries, small village areas such as the Love Lane district in Mattiuck are a must see!

Long Island Vacation

Our hosts were wonderful in helping us through a difficult check-in process, considering our very late arrival caused by delayed flight. We didn't spend much time in the house and did not take advantage of outdoor space but it is beautiful. The house is older than expected and the bedrooms would be more appealing if there were fewer items on bureaus, etc.

Great waterfront home, very central

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is lovely with a great backyard that's right on the water. It's super central to all the great wineries and breweries of the North fork. Hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We'd love to visit and stay again!

Very cute and quaint!

The home was very clean and cozy. Everything we needed was provided including a very large big screen tv. We enjoyed cozying up to and watching a movie at night. To our surprise there was a third bedroom which really worked out for my 2 year old niece to sleep in her pack and play. The backyard was beautiful (even though the weather was iffy one of the days). We enjoyed the fire out and ping pong. The owners had tons of information available and were very responsive she accommodating. Overall it was just what we needed for the weekend.

A beautiful waterfront home with wonderful hosts! It had everything necessary for a relaxing and fun vacation - from the incredible backyard with games, kayaks, and firepit to a central location near wineries and Love Lane. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly stay again!

Great place, awesome backyard!

Tammy and Robert's place was perfect for our family of 6. We ended up having more space than expected as there was a newly added third bedroom and outdoor shower. The backyard was incredible - plenty of seating, a grill, lawn games, a tiki bar, kayaks, and a beautiful view. Tammy went above and beyond to make us comfortable in their home - she left us many suggestions for exploring the North Fork and was quick to respond to any questions or needs (they were staying in the apartment attached to the home, but gave us plenty of privacy). Would definitely stay again!
