It was so nice to get to meet you! We're happy to know you enjoyed your stay in the Tiny House with all its charms. You'll have to visit again in other seasons as they all offer a unique stay. ~ Diane
I needed a few days out of Philly to breathe real air, hike and bike. Mark and Diane’s adorable tiny house, snug as a ship cabin, was a reasonable and delightful 2-day getaway.
I would definitely stay here again. The tiny house has everything you would need or want. The hosts have thought of everything. Make sure you check out the Secret Garden!
The tiny house was amazing, it was perfect, and had more amenities than most larger rentals. Mark & Diane are very communicative and welcoming. Highly recommend a getaway in their tiny house!
This tiny house is beautifully designed and appointed. It had everything I needed for a personal retreat. Great location, close to hiking, kayaking, beautiful scenery. The hosts were extremely friendly and put a lot of thought and care into the space. This place is a real treasure and I recommend it highly!
Mark and Diane were great hosts for their lovely and cozy tiny house! Staying on the property was a wonderful overall experience. The communication and hospitality were excellent! I really enjoyed seeing the creative use of 150 sq ft of living. The qoutes added throughout the home surely added to the experience. We also enjoyed the location. Being so close to the lake made it easy to take advantage of the beautiful scenery in the area. If you're up for it, the 4-mile hike around the lake is highly recommended.
This was a nice little place. Close to hawk mountain where we wanted to be. Just my wife and I so it was... big enough. Mark and his wife remembered my birthday and made me a cake. Took a walk down by the lake just a block away.
Very small but impressed with the amenities. Management
thought of everything that might be needed (much more than a hotel). Food provided for snacks & breakfast the next morning. Beautiful setting...
This was a GREAT experience and we felt so at home and relaxed. We will definitely be returning and can’t recommend this enough if you are looking for a relaxing get away from all the hustle and bustle. The amount of love and care really shows and every detail is accounted for! Cannot thank you enough for creating and sharing such an amazing place!
We had a wonderful stay at the Tiny House for two nights away from our busy house. We were cozy and warm on a rainy day, and we loved the simplicity. Diane and Mark are incredibly gracious and creative with this beautiful space. Highly recommend!

We are excited to host your stay at the Leaser Lake Bed & Breakfast. Diane and I moved here over 40 years ago with the intention of renovating our starter house, but we loved the lake area and its beauty so much we never left.
You’re a short walk away from our county park, a secret gem only the locals know about. The lake and surrounding valleys was our children’s adventure playground and we are excited to share this spot with you.
