This one bedroom apartment was designed for travelers that want to step out of their normal reality and into a peaceful and relaxing studio with built in art works by acclaimed (local) artist and designer Jon McCoy along with all the comforts of home.

This peaceful escape comes with off-street parking, spacious living area, wifi, a bar and kitchenette. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, not a bathtub. The apartment is located 200 steps away from the Old Jail and a 2 to 4 minute walk to the local, bars, pubs, restaurants and the Mauch Chunk Opera House.

For a quiet, cozy, quick get away to Jim Thorpe, this place was perfect for the two of us. A bit out of the way but easily walkable to most everything Jim thorpe has to offer. Studio B was extremly clean and cozy for our 2-night stay.

This artist inspired, ground level vrbo was immaculate & had cozy outdoor space too! Great location within walking distance to many stores restaurants & attractions. Such good energy! Great for couples. Host was truly responsive! We are going to return in Autumn

Jeffrey and Chad are expert hosts. From the list of recommendations immediately upon booking, to the easy check-in and eclectic decor, we loved our stay. Chad was always around to chat or offer help. Jeffrey was responsive online. We loved our stay and recommend these guys. They have multiple units. Snatch one if you can!

What a lovely place to stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The property is much more then we expected. Go out at night after dark and look up behind the parking area. Beautiful. We will be back for sure.

Great Location

What a wonderful location. Just a short walk to downtown. We enjoyed checking out all the shops and restaurants. A beautiful little town. The Carriage House was the perfect place to stay.

Impeccable stay with amazing hosts.

Perfect location. Walked many times with my dog to downtown in less than 10 minutes. Very clean space, comfortable bed, and quiet neighborhood. Slept great! Felt like a home away from home.

Weekend in Jim Thorpe

Jim Thorpe is one of our most favorite places to visit but Apartment B made our stay all that much more enjoyable. It was all as shown in the pictures and more. Super cozy & comfortable, everything we needed and close to all the places we visited on our trip. We cannot wait to stay here again!

A Little Christmas Getaway

Both the owner and the caretaker were very responsive, helpful and kind.They thought of every detail. It was a great stay in a really interesting little apartment. Plus pet friendly. Would definitely stay there again! And they had all the Christmas decorations up in the apartment.

The Art Studio is a beautiful and unique space in the perfect location to explore Jim Thorpe. Jeffery made check-in super easy and was very easy to communicate with.He also had a ton of recommendations of things to do and places to eat in the area, much appreciated!The bed was very comfy and the kitchen nicely furnished with everything needed.The bathroom was huge with a big walk-in shower. The whole place was spotless. With parking at a premium in town, it was great to be in walking distance to all the main attractions.Would definitely stay there again!

I am drawn to Jim Thorpe and to the Pocono's in general and am very glad to live in this amazing town surrounded by the ever changing Appalachian landscape. You cannot beat the endless miles of mountain biking and hiking trails, or the tubing, kayaking, skirmish, yoga, skiing, rivers, lakes, and fishing or the cultural and historical attractions. So close to the major east coast cities, yet worlds away!

Why they chose this property

The property is a quick walk to the Mauch Chunk Opera House as well as the restaurants, bars and attractions that this historic town has to offer. the Art Studio is located about 250 feet away from my own home, so i will be nearby if you need me...
