2 spacious porches hug the foundation of this home, 1 including a swing bed and comfortable outdoor seating, and the other, screened in with a large dining room table for dining alfresco! On the second floor of this home, you will find a primary bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms. Beautiful home in great location by Camp Watercolor

This property was fantastic! High ceilings, great outdoor porch, dining, and pool areas. Perfect for our gathering of 10 people (3 familes). The grandparents were able to stay in the carriage house and have a quiet reprieve from all the children when they needed it. All modern amenities, and the AC in particular worked great. The golf-cart was a great addition and allowed us to zoom around to the pools and the beach. We absolutely loved the vacation and will be coming back in the future!

Beautiful vacation home

We had a wonderful time in WaterColor and loved this house! Great location within walking distance to the kids pool and playground. Easy golf cart ride to the lake, beach, and tennis club. This truly felt like a home away from home!

Watercolor Home

Great home for my family to vacation in. The tiny swimming pool was a huge draw for my grandchildren. They played in it every afternoon and turned the jets on! We were 2 blocks from the Camp pools and could walk there. The golf cart was great! The Master bedroom was beautiful! The house was clean and nice! We liked sitting on the front porch and relaxing!!!!!!

Wonderful Home

Loved the space and how open it is; nice porch and the kitchen was great! Bedrooms were spacious and fit our families well! The carriage house is where the grandparents stayed …very nice but the bed was a problem…mattress is very high in the middle and then dips down on both sides. Not comfortable for sleeping! Bikes and management were amazing!

Great Location

If you're traveling with young children, the location of this house can't be beaten! It's steps away from the Camp Watercolor pool park with lazy river and slides. It was very easy to spend a few hours at the pools and then hop back over to the house for kids' naps while adults relax in the (very small) private pool at the house. Outside of location, the house definitely feels like a vacation rental, as it's appliances and furniture felt very worn down. Several things were broken or were on their last leg. The main fridge is also very small for such a large house. The living room and bedrooms were spacious, and having the detached carriage house is a huge plus! This is the second house we have stayed at through 360 Blue, and have not had a great experience working with them either time. This trip, the golf cart that came with the house had a faulty wire and would stop in the middle of the road while driving. (Very unsafe with young kids!) When we first brought this to their attention, I was told I was wrong and that it was perfectly fine to drive. After the second day of it quitting on us, another repair man came and worked on it for 3 hours and then just left with no communication. Then the third day, a new man came, discovered the faulty wire and had it replaced in about an hour. Seems like it should have been a quick fix all along. Overall, we would chose this house again for the location hands down, but I wish they weren't managed by 360 Blue.

We had not been to the area during the fall but as usual, Seaside/Watercolor was as beautiful & enjoyable as always."30Clay" was another gem in Watercolor community. We had a group of 8 adults and the house was a perfect size for us. We did not do a lot of cooking but it is VERY well equipped with 2 crockpots along with ample baking/serving dishes. Although the house is located on one of the main streets, it was never busy or loud. The outdoor porch swing/seating areas were so nice in the cool mornings enjoying our coffee. The only thing I might suggest to the homeowner during the cooler months would be a few blankets for cozying up outside or while watching a movie. Otherwise, the home was wonderful. We arrived after 10pm and had groceries delivered by 360Blue so that we would have snacks and drinks since the stores were closed. Highly recommend this service. We also used 360Blue Concierge for recommendations for a chef to cook us brunch the next morning. PlatetoPlate did a great job also. Thanks to all!

Worst Rental Experience EVER

When we arrived at the property and began unpacking/settling in for the evening we noticed MAJOR issues with cleanliness: Hair in nightstand drawers, hair and dust balls behind night stands when moved to plug in chargers, dirty towels from previous renters still hung up on the bathroom door of the carriage house. The baby items we rented and asked to be placed in various rooms were not. They were all crammed into the front room for us to pick up and move to the rooms we needed them for our baby. To include, heavy glider/rocking chair, twin roll away bed. Once we unfolded the twin roll away bed, we were shocked with how disgusting it was stains and hair on it. And the sheet provided for it didn’t even fit so we were unable to use that. We timely(the very next morning)called multiple times to ask for these issues to be corrected.We left messages/left our phone number bc each time we called the recording said it was unusually high call volume(not surprising if all of their rentals are this unkept). Finally two days later someone called &there was an influx of people trying to come to the home while we are on vacay(without proper ID&w/out masks or shoe coverings)to fix it. This took up a massive amount of our vacation. Calling, arranging people to come change the blood stained&make up stained linens. We were asked to take pictures&email, we did that also. NOT how we expected to spend our vacation. The cleanliness of the house was to NO standard especially not to any heightened standard due to COVID19. The worst part is the staff at 360blue were atrocious. Multiple phone calls where I was scolded/told I should have reported the issues earlier (I guess earlier than the very next morning at 8am), I was told that there would be zero compensation for the time we lost on our vacation due to having to deal with these issues. They did refund our cleaning fee after multiple conversations requesting to speak to a manager(which we were refused multiple times). We got no compensation for the baby items we could not use due to them being filthy and sheets not fitting. We have stayed at the houses and at water color inn many times and NEVER experienced such gross and unclean conditions and have never experienced such unprofessional/rude”customer service”professionals.We will NEVER rent through 360 Blue again.Neither should you. Let’s hope we don’t get sick&the people b4 us were Covid19 free and healthy. This was a disaster.

This house was amazing. It was perfect for our family. The location was great for camp Watercolor. Use of the golf cart was a plus and the littles loved swimming in the pool at night.

From the very beginning to the very end, everyone that I had contact with at 360 Blue was so incredibly nice and extremely helpful. Their help in planning activities made our vacation extra special. Our favorite concierge service was having our groceries bought, delivered, and put up when we arrived. We loved the home we stayed in. It could not have been any better for our family of six adults and four kids. Totally fell in love with the porch swing and the kids especially loved the pool. We’ve been going to the Destin area for over 25 years and this year decided to try out Watercolor. We will definitely be returning again and again.

As always, our annual watercolor trip was great! The weather wasn’t ideal the first few days. We found other things to do, until it warmed up a bit. The home we stayed at was beautiful. Perfect accommodations for our family, which included 6 adults and 3 kids! Loved having a golf cart for the older grand parents with us! The kids still wanted to bike everywhere! We were disappointed with the progress on Camp Watercolor. We were glad it was open, but there were several things that were still not ready. We had hoped all 3 camp pools would be heated, but they were not. The main pool was heated, but not very warm! The slide was not open, which was so disappointing to the kids. You are not allowed to bring food/drinks in, but the new snack shop/grill was not up and running. The temporary grill didn’t have a good selection and was only open limited hours. The bar opened towards the end of the week, which was nice. (Though, they need a better selection of wine!!!) 360 Blue was great for all we needed!

Despite a very rocky start to our vacation with a very dirty home upon arrival, our week turned out to be very nice. The Staff at 360 Blue were very attentive to everything we needed and had someone on the job very quickly, which we appreciated. The property itself was very very nice, lovely home.
