Great private beach!!

Had a great time with friends that don't get to connect often. Lovely rental and a great private beach. Also ate the best beach side burger at the Broadkill store in town!

Relaxing Getaway

This was our first trip to the Broadkill Beach area. It is a beautiful beach. We loved this house. The house has everything needed to enjoy a relaxing stay. The screened in porch is awesome! We will definitely return!

Excellent location!

The house is super clean and the views and relaxation from the deck alone make it a great stay. The owners are very accommodating and quick to assist if needed. We'll definitely be back for another stay soon.

Amazing place in an amazing environment!

An amazing place, lots of essentials already there for us. The only disadvantage was the house being built nearby, but overall it was great! Highly recommend for being near the beach!

Perfect!

We absolutely loved the property, so clean and stocked with everything you could need. We had a thoroughly relaxing week, much needed and this was just the right place for us. If you don’t want to drive know that restaurants are 15-20 minutes away, but you can also just hunker down here and no need to leave :)

Amazing Rental!

Everything was so incredibly clean and tidy. My 3 kids loved playing Cornhole and giant Jenga and the beach wagon was very convenient. We LOVED how close the Broadkill store was. We went just about everyday for ice cream, cold cut subs, or sticky buns. The screened in porch was perfect for staying clear of mosquitos. There is another toilet in the storage area that came in handy a few times. We LOVED our stay and Brad was readily available when we needed him once. Thank you and we will be back!

We just had a great week at this house in Broadkill. It was exactly as described and spotless. The owners have thought of everything you need to make your vacation a relaxing and enjoyable one. We are ready to book again for next summer, maybe even for 2 weeks :)

Quiet getaway

Clean, comfortable, well stocked house. Short walk to the beach. We walked 5 miles on a beautiful morning and saw about a dozen people. This is a perfect location for people looking for a quiet getaway.

Lovely time with family for a week. House was comfortable, cozy and spacious for 8 of us. Great weather and a lot of beach time since it was so close. Ate dinner numerous evenings under the covered porch, plus game nights. We would come back for another family trip.👍

My family was pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the house was (games, puzzles, DVDs, and tons of beach supplies)! We had an amazing time on the beach—so close to the house! One thing to note—be sure to bring bug spray as there was often flies/mosquitoes on the beach. My kids had an amazing time on the beach and in the area! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Perfect getaway!

Our stay at the property was everything we needed the vacation to be. It was right off the beach. And what a wonderful patio! Became the center of our stay to start the day with a view of the ocean and end the day with it. We can only say good things about the place. Very well stocked, comfortable and a great place for a vacation!

So wonderful we came back!

Second year in a row and we love it here! Comfortable home with easy access to the beach. My favorite feature - the screened in porch. We watched a few storms from the rockers and even caught a few shooting stars one night. Brad and Karen are easy to work with.
