Quiet Southwestern Living in the Most Beautiful Place on Earth!

This condo is located in a quiet, very private neighborhood in West Sedona. The swimming pool is available to all owners and tenants within the Homeowners Association. There are several great golf courses in the area and lots of hiking and biking in the red rocks. The condo is close to many amenities and great restaurants.

Our 1,848 square foot unit includes a full kitchen with all appliances including a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, and R/O filtered water. The condo also has a washer and dryer in a utility room, a dining room, a living room, a large patio, 2 bedrooms with king-size beds and den with a pull-out couch. Condo is nicely decorated with a casual southwestern theme.

The condo backs up to a natural arroyo that is frequented by Javelina, Fox, Coyotes, Bob Cats, Gambel's Quail and Hummingbirds. It is a natural paradise!

This condo requires a 30-day minimum stay.

Beautiful home

Right off the bat I loved this property, Sedona is gorgeous and this property is certainly gorgeous as well. Beautifully decorated, and in a lovely, quiet subdivision. Has all you could need. Great work spot with dedicated work space. Enjoyed it, will try to stay again once back in the area.

Sedona Vacation

We have vacationed in Sedona many times since 2007. We have stayed in time shares and home rentals. This was the overall best place we’ve ever stayed. It is decorated in Southwest which we loved. It has wonderful views of the red rocks from the front. We throughly enjoyed the patio area and the.beautiful Aroyo. It is also conveniently located to many of our favorite restaurants.

A Beautiful West Sedona Retreat!

This townhome has been perfect for our long term stay. We love the location right off Dry Creek road, close to hiking and shopping. The outdoor space is quiet and private, perfect for mealtimes, star gazing or just reading a book. The indoor space is exceptional! Beautifully decorated and comfortably appointed, you will find everything you need here. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms and a office area for getting work done. A cozy fireplace warms cool mornings and our hosts are very attentive shoud an issue arrive. We could very easily stay here forever!

Our best VRBO experience

This was a wonderful place, and Cheryl and I are already thinking about when (not if) we will stay here again. In fact, this was the best VRBO experience we have ever had. Owners Kevin and Lynda were warm, welcoming hosts, and were nearly instantly available to answer any questions we had, while being entirely unintrusive. Their townhouse is beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable inside and out, and its location in the West Sedona area could not have been better. We were close to many fine restaurants, and there were three grocery stores only minutes away. In addition, it was a very short drive (less than ten minutes) to the Crescent Moon Recreation Area, which is a fabulous place for a picnic and is right on Oak Creek at one of the best swim areas in Sedona. And when we chose to stay home, the swimming pool was just two doors away and very clean and lovely, with many tables, chairs and umbrellas for our comfort. Both of us delighted in the pool's refreshing water, and Cheryl definitely enjoyed her spa time. For us, Kevin and Lynda's home was perfect, and we could not have asked for a better vacation.

Amazing house with all the amenities! Nice kitchen and dining area. Great to be able to recover at the pool and hot tub after a long hike or mtb ride. Best Vrbo experience that I have had.

Hiking Heaven

Fantastic Place!

The townhouse is spacious and very comfortable with everything you need for a monthly stay. The location is fabulous for hiking and close to lots of great restaurants. The pool is great for relaxing after a hike. Very easy and efficient communication with the owner. Will definitely be back.

Hot air balloons and wildlife in the morning

Very comfortable, very well appointed condo with a green view and the chance to see wildlife and hot-air balloons every morning. Fairly easy to get to the hiking trails and shopping. Saw Javelina's, a bobcat, and many birds!
