This one bedroom end-unit condo is equipped with broadband access, cable flat screen TV (HBO,SHOWTIME,Netflix), a kitchenette, a pullout living room sofa, and both a front porch and back yard with your own entrances. Linens are provided. Parking is available on nearby streets or off-street pay lots... offloading on premises. We rent Sat to Sat weeks from late May thru October; shorter 3 night stays in the off season.

If you have walked in the East End, you probably know our house and have even taken pictures! We have rented our 1 bdrm condo regularly for many years. It's a popular spot located just an easy 10 minute walk east from the ferry. The condo features a wonderful front porch for morning/evening beverages and people watching; a light and bright living and dining area with a pullout couch; a galley kitchenette complete with all you might need; and a comfy bdrm with french doors out to a shady back deck and large backyard for grilling. Visitors especially enjoy being able to walk across the street to the beach for the day or a quick dip or low tide scavenging on the flats. You will find it convenient to skip downtown for shopping, dining or a show. Or many guests simply enjoy being able to have an evening relaxing on the porch and either dining in the backyard or steps away at the Mews or Ciro & Sal's. Wireless internet and full cable TV package for movie watchers. Parking is available on nearby streets and often right out front! The perfect spot for singles, couples, families and friends!
