Very small. Backyard was fenced but the gate area wasnot secure. And you are on a busy road. I did bring it to the host attention, a small dog could get out as my 4 month old puppy did.

Stayed here before. Wasn’t near as nice as first stay. Wasn’t as clean. Check in time was 4:00, but I was not allowed to check in until 6:00. Communication with host was not very favorable.

Our hostess was amazing and responsive to our needs. The location was clean and quaint. There is a bit of traffic noise that doesn't get drowned out well with the bedroom right near the street, but not anything anyone can really do about that. So, those who aren't heavy sleepers, you may want to bring some earplugs or white noise. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Cute little cottage in a great location

We enjoyed this small cottage; it was centrally located for CO & Manitou Springs, good full kitchen and fenced yard for our dog. It was a good size for the 2 of us for our stay. Would stay here again!

Location location location!

We loved this place so much we extended our stay while there. It’s close to everything you need whether you’re hiking or looking for a new restaurant! The fenced in privacy yard was the cherry on top and we felt very secure (and our dogs loved it) !
