4 Bedrooms + loft with daybed. Spacious 2-story townhome with pool, spa & garage

I have purchased a new coffee maker. Not sure what other kitchen items need updating. I’ve also purchased some new pillows.

Sorry about the lack of new bars of soap. I will inform my cleaning lady to be sure to check that in the future as she usually always has done in the past.

Twin beds are more suited for children as we often have families with kids.

Townhome is professionally cleaned before and after rentals. Any issues should be reported immediately so that they can be addressed at that time. Dryer is being replaced and some new linens and towels have been purchased. Older linens and towels are still available if needed for extended stays.

I am deeply concerned about the inaccuracy of this review as I have always had excellent reviews in the past. When we arrived at our property in early November, the carpets, area rugs, and living room sofa and loveseat were professionally cleaned. I also personally cleaned ceiling fans and blinds with disinfectant wipes at that time, although I did inadvertently forget the small ceiling fan in the kitchen and one blind in the upper bedroom . Also, there is only ONE blind (NOT MANY) in the master bedroom that does not open. Prior to this reservation, my cleaning lady cleaned the bathrooms and tile floors and did not report any hair on the floors. I also checked the bathrooms before we left on the day of the reservation and did not detect any hair. Upon checking the pillows, there were 2 small blood stains on a pillow cover that had been washed in hot water so stains were set in. 2 other pillows were yellow with age but NOT stained. I have now discarded those pillows and purchased new ones. My cleaning lady and I both examined the king comforter and could not find a blood stain anywhere and all comforters were washed prior to the reservation. In regard to the dryer and internet, they are both WORKING PROPERLY. I informed the renters that the dryer needs to be set on Very Dry or High Heat to dry towels. It is not a large capacity dryer so may take 2 cycles to dry if overloaded. WIFI may have been dropping if too many devices were used at once but is working fine now. I hadn't noticed frig filter change light but will replace that now. I do appreciate renters pointing out any issues to be addressed, but this review is particularly inaccurate and harsh. The daily rate charged is within the range of similar properties in the area in holiday season, ESPECIALLY ONE THAT SLEEPS UP TO 10 GUESTS. Hotel accommodations for that many people would be much more! Also, the cleaning fee is appropriate for the number of beds used and the time required to change them all and launder linens. I have addressed all the items mentioned and hope that future renters will refer to my MANY former positive reviews on VRBO.
