Whitt-at-Sea - Great West-End location at Laguna Beach, Value Priced

Discover Laguna Beach, Florida! Just west of Panama City Beach, our relaxing townhouse condo is at the quiet end of the beach where you will find miles of uncrowded beaches! It sleeps six comfortably in two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a bath and there is also a half bath on the first floor. We really enjoy the outdoor enclosed shower where you can rinse off after a great day on the beach. The full kitchen has everything you’ll need and the open dining and living area are very spacious and decorated in colorful beach style.

Located about 100 yards from the beach (across the street and 2 houses back), you can enjoy the partial ocean view from the upstairs balcony. The two public beach access walkways lead you to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! We don’t have a swimming pool, but who needs a pool when you have the crystal clear waters of the Gulf.

Great place

The main things I was looking for in a place to stay was that it was clean, no bugs, and close to the beach. This place delivered. We all enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again.

Clean, spacious, and just like home, it has everything you need and then some. Beach is ridiculously close and absolutely beautiful. Neighborhood is family friendly and nearby PCB and all of its amenities. Looking forward to our next trip!

We had a great time on our trip. Property was as advertised. Far enough from PC to avoid crowds but close enough to enjoy the city if you choose to. It was clean and had everything we needed for our trip.

Really cute layout. I personally would have hade the single bed in room with balcony. I counted 100 steps to the beach, that was a bonus being so close.

Love this place - feels like home!

We had to leave super early but the owner was very understanding about the hurricane/gas issue. This is our third...but not our last stay. This is a twice a year at the least kinda place :) Very clean, very comfortable and very relaxing. My favorite place ever!

Fantastic!

We stayed for a week and enjoyed every second of it. It is in an amazing part of of the city with excellent access to the beach. This part of the beach was not over crowded, no matter what tike.of day you went you were able to get right on the edge of the water. The condo itself was comfortable and offered plenty of room for our family. The only compliant we would have is not related to this condo but the one next door that had a pool skimmer that quacked loudly all night. Otherwise we are looking forward to booking the same place next year!!!!

Great Location ... Close to PCB

Spent a long weekend at this townhouse. We've been to Panama City several times this past year and this had to be one of our best stays. Even though it was spring break, it was very quiet and uncrowded at this location. Close enough to Pier Park, which we absolutely love to go to, and just a short walk to the beach. The townhouse was very clean and spacious, much better than staying in a cramped hotel room. The only reason I couldnt give it 5 stars was the queen size bed was just too hard to sleep on. My suggetion to the the owner is replace the mattress ... your guests will thank you for it. Highly recommended this place. We will definitely be back.

Very clean and had everything we needed! I’ve never stayed at a house where we didn’t have to buy trash bags, toilet paper, and laundry soap. Everything was there that we needed so that was nice and convenient. The walk to the beach was very short!

Fun family vacation

Enjoyed our stay! Family of 4 with 2 teens. Loved closeness to beach. Outdoor shower to wash off sand was great. Liked that there was a bathroom in each bedroom (very convenient).

A gem a little off the beaten path

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, well-stocked, and looks just like the pictures. It’s literally 100 yards from the beach and the beach itself is beautiful. Grocery stores and gas stations are close by. But if you like to go out to dinner, you may want to venture a little further. Not a lot of options close by. But it’s a small price to pay not to be in the middle of the chaos of PCB! We like being at the end of town and would happily stay here again. There are plenty of towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, trash bags etc which I really appreciated. Lots of rentals are very stingy with supplies! We will be coming back to stay here next year!

Nice townhouse

A short walk to the beach, located in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the small backyard area, as well as the 2nd floor balcony. We had everything we needed for our family of 3 adults. Plan to visit here again!

Quick & easy beach access.

Loved how close we were to the beautiful beach, It was a short 3 minute walk. Laguna Beach is perfect if your looking for a family friendly environment. Close to all the restaurants, shops, & Pier Park. We loved it & will definitely be going back.

It's in a great location- approx 3 miles from pier park and a very short walk to beautiful laguna beach. We didn't know spring break was still going on so it was good to be away from all the mayhem. Condo was clean, fully stocked and just like pics. Definitely stay here again!!

My condo at Laguna Beach has been in our family for over 35 years. My parents bought it as it was under construction and included many custom touches. At that time there was nothing on the beach side and we had an unobstructed view to the ocean. We've seen it grow up over the years, but we still love it because it is so close to the beach, and it is our home away from home. I purchased it from my parents in 2004 and did a lot of renovation and upgrading.

We love going to the beach, and these beaches are the most beautiful in the world! The sound of the waves and the beautiful turquoise green water is so very relaxing. Add a cool beverage and a fishing pole and you just can't beat it anywhere! There are several places nearby where we enjoy eating out, but our favorite thing to do is to get some fresh seafood from the local seafood market and cook it up at the condo. We have many friends in the area and we usually end up with a house full to join us in the seafood feast.

We get so many positive comments from our guests who enjoy staying there as much as we do. Just one stay will tell you why!

Why they chose this property

Laguna Beach is at the west end of the beaches and is considered the quiet end of the beach. There are mostly single family homes and some condos (but nothing over 4 stories high). There is only one hotel and there are no high rises. This makes for a beach scene that is family oriented and uncrowded.
