Obwohl schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, ist das Haus doch sehr gemütlich und der Blick von der Terrasse und vor allem vom obere Balkon ist wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr ruhige Lage am Hang gelegen. Super Blick auf die Bucht von Saint Tropez. Besonders vom großen Balkon im 1. OG. Tolle Terrasse im EG. Der Swimmingpool ist sauber und ruhig. Nicht direkt am Haus, aber in ein paar Minuten über Fußweg sehr gut erreichbar.

Viel Platz. Altes, aber charmantes Häuschen

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war reibungslos (E-Mails über FeWo werden automatisch übersetzt). Das Reihenendhaus ist groß, mit sehr großer Terrasse, die sogar ein kleines Bad (Dusche & WC) extra hat. Toll! Das Haus ist schon recht alt, aber es funktioniert alles. Auf der Terrasse muss man etwas aufpassen, wenn man barfuß läuft, weil einige Fliesen/Steine scharfkantig hochstehen. TV ist modern mit Internet (Amazon usw. möglich). Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber zu der Jahreszeit haben wir sie nicht vermisst. In der Küche ist leider nur ein kleiner mobiler Backofen, mit dem man wenig anfangen kann, aber das Ceranfeld ist top. Man sollte sich ein gescheites Messer und ein Schneidebrett mitbringen, wenn man kochen möchte. Im Bad fehlt leider eine Befestigung für die Dusche, man muss immer mit einer Hand die Dusche über den Kopf halten, das nervt sehr. Wir haben fast nur die Außendusche benutzt. Ein kleiner TV im Schlafzimmer wäre nett gewesen. Die Standortbeschreibung der Anzeige beinhaltet leider nicht die richtige Adresse, wir sind nicht von so steilen Anstiegen ausgegangen. Nach den Angaben wäre das Haus ein paar Straßen weiter und vor allem nicht so hoch gewesen. Die Fahrräder sind daher leider im Auto geblieben und wir sind nur mit dem Auto gefahren. Der Preis ist schon grenzwertig mit rund 2220 € für 12 Tage + 80 € Endreinigung. Man zahlt für die Größe, die große Terrasse und die Ruhe (Nachbarn sind nur auf der rechten Seite des Gartens). Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit ein paar Schwächen

Das Ferienhaus beeindruckt mit seiner Lage. Ruhig am Hang gelegen. Schöner Blick über die Bucht von Saint Tropez. Besonders vom relativ großen Balkon im 1. OG. Tolle Terrasse im EG. Charmante Räumlichkeiten. Uns gefiel auch das WC mit Dusche neben Terasse. Swimmingpool sauber und ruhig. Nicht direkt am Haus, aber in ein paar Minuten über Fußweg sehr gut erreichbar. Bis Sainte Maxime Zentrum sind es gut 1,6 km. Das Zentrum erreicht man zu Fuß in 15-20 Minuten. Ein paar Dinge haben uns leider nicht so gefallen und dürften in dieser Preisklasse nicht vorkommen. Die Matratzen im Ehebett sind eine Katastrophe. Ich habe sonst nie Rückenschmerzen, hier aber schon. Da meine Frau und ich das FH alleine bewohnten, "unterfütterten" wir die Matratze mit den Matratzen aus den Kinderbetten. Dann ging es einigermaßen. Schränke sind etwas klein und "knuselig". Das gilt überhaupt für die meisten Teile des Mobiliars. Teilweise sehr abgenutzt und verwohnt. Die Küche erfüllt noch ihren Zweck, aber ordentlich und schön ist anders. Auch der halb defekte Tisch auf Balkon geht gar nicht. Außerdem fehlte Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Vielleicht stand das in der Beschreibung und wir hatten das übersehen. Aber heutzutage ist so etwas Standard. Ob in Kroatien, Sardinien, Korsika... überall haben wir in den letzten 10 Jahren Bettwäsche und Handtücher/Badetücher vorgefunden. Die Agentur hat uns schnell geholfen und gegen Bezahlung das Benötigte umgehend zur Verfügung gestellt. Da die Wolldecken auch nicht gerade den gepflegtesten Eindruck machten, können wir nur anraten alles von zu Hause mitzubringen. Ein bisschen mehr Investitionen seitens der Eigentümer und das FH wäre super.
