Charming three bed three bath contemporary condo, with incredible views from every window. Unit-wide terrace overlooking peaceful and private Cowpet Bay, St. John and Great St. James.

Take in the spectacular views from your 1400 square foot three bedroom, three bath, non-smoking condo overlooking beautiful Cowpet Bay. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing, fun getaway. The living area has an extra large sectional sofa, a 40-inch TV, and a DVD player/stereo with iPod player and complimentary wireless internet service. It has an extra large covered terrace with outdoor dining/lounging space that comfortable seats six. Inside, you have three oversized king bedrooms with hotel linens, each with their own private full bath and towels. All have AC, individual ceiling fans, large TVs with DVD players and closets with hanging space. Two suites have open ocean views and access to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen features all expected appliances (refrigerator, oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave), plus utensils, and additional dining space for six.

It only takes 30 seconds to walk to the beautiful palm tree lined beach where there are complimentary beach and lounge chairs. Here you can bask in the sun or lay in the shade of a palm or seagrape tree. The beach has a large protected swimming area and an area where you can snorkel. Next to the beach is a large beautifully landscaped pool with hot tub. There is also a great bar and restaurant, Caribbean Fish Market, serving dinner and drinks.

In the buzzing nearby town of Red Hook, you can take a ferry to St. John and the British Virgin Islands (passport required). The town has a great mix of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a fully stocked grocery/liquor/wine store, gift and specialty boutiques, plus a large marina for all your fishing/charter needs. All of this within a mile of the condo.

Amazing view. We took our shoes off as soon as we entered the condo, the kids’ feet got terrible dirty from the floors. The fan in the kitchen was covered in dust. Killed two cockroaches during our stay. The condo was very spacious. The owner communicated very quickly.

Thanks for the detailed review. Cockroaches are just a part of Caribbean living. We get the larger ones because they fly in through open doors (as does everyone). When they come in, unfortunately they die because they come into contact with our pest control. The smaller ones that you get when things are unsanitary, we've never had. I had my cleaning team check the fans for dust and mop the floor. This is something they do routinely. You're always welcome book.

It was a comfortable stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The grounds are very well maintained. Plenty of beach chairs on the beach and at the pool. Very close to Red Hook and great restaurants.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Enjoyed the balcony for our morning coffee & evening wind down. Also loved that we were steps from the beach. We really loved the Sangria Bar that was just down the beach…great food & friendly staff. Also was nice we could use the swimming pool as well. Would recommend this condo to everyone!

It was so comforting to know that the host and the support team was literally at our disposal when we needed something. Super responsive. This place is in an amazing location with a great private beach. Ready access to "downtown" amenities.

Our host John was extremely welcoming and very responsive. The condo was perfect for my family of 5 with 3 teenage children. Everything worked as advertised, the entire place was clean and comfortable, wifi speed was fast enough to stream video, and the location and view were terrific. We were a very short walk to the beach and had incredible views.

Nice condo a short walk to Cowpet Bay beach and Elysian resort restaurants. Very convenient parking spot. The condo was great for a family since there are three bedrooms, each with their own bath, as well as a parking spot. While the condo is updated, it is still a bit dated. Some of the sliding doors to balconies didn't close, and we found a couple of palmetto bugs. There was no body soap, so we bring your own! All in all a good stay.

So here we all enjoyed: location to the beach, use of the pool and the ablity to cook dinner well stock kitchen. . There was lots of towels, and use if the washer /dryer was great. The balcony offers a good morning coffee meeting area for the group. Having chairs to take to the beach was a plus. Things that could be better and added stress : the bathroom associated with the king bed is not actually in the room but down the hallway. That is awkward. Not have a door to that bathroom strange. Communication should be better....we understand that water can go off...but letting us know BEFORE we reach out would be nice...especially when the response was.."it's out in mine too". At one time or another all three bathroom where not workjng...when I reached out was told to run the water after it came back on...would have been nice to be told this in advance without panicking that the toilets were not working when the water did come back on. We weren't able to use the Roku streaming system for the first three nights on none of the 4 tvs. Would I stay here again...not sure. I would love to...the things that were good were good...the things that were not..i think are easily fixable.

Thanks for the review. The complex had a water leak and once we were notified, we let all condos know. It effected everyone. Luckily, the water was only off for an hour. I'm sorry that effected your stay. It doesn't usually happen.

Great Location, and views!!

We had a wonderful dtay at the co do, the owner was super easy to work with and everything in the condo was great. Have the rental car on site through the condo rental was perfect. There are 2 restaurants with in walking distance. And a beach/pool bar on site.

We would stay again!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was a great location and had no issues with the unit at all. I love that we could just walk down to the GORGEOUS beach and take advantage of the delicious on site restaurant as well.

Family Vacation

We all thought the location was great. Very close to a nice beach with good snorkeling and swimming, and nice restaurants. The property was all we really needed considering we were very active and not there a lot.

Great getaway

This townhouse was the perfect setup for our group of 6. Everyone had their own bedroom with bathroom and the AC units kept the place nice and cool. The on-site restuarants were both fantastic and the beach was perfect.

The owner and property manager were very responsive. The property was in a beautiful location, the house was clean and accommodated my group well. We stayed for a wedding in the area, and the trip was a wonderful experience.

Why they chose this property

This is actually our third condo in St Thomas. Our friends and family love it here so much, we keep needing more room! From the turquoise ocean and the incredible sunset views, to the lush vegetation that grows on the island, we are head over heels in love with St. Thomas. The climate is great and the people that live here are the friendliest and most laid back you'll find.

What makes this property unique

The best thing about this space is the view. It's just breathtaking, and the terrace gives you true indoor/outdoor living space. The condo is spacious, so no one feels cramped which is ideal when trying to relax. And the complex has everything you need, really no reason to leave!
