The apartment is located in a fenced property and planted with tropical trees at the edge of the lagoon Thau in a quiet and not overlooked. Swimming is enjoyable for both children and adults; This T3 of 60m² with 2 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine, 2 bathrooms, 1wc independent, 1 living room with kitchen opening onto the lagoon where fishing boats are daily chart; February 1 ° terrace overlooking the garden. You can if you want to enjoy the shady garden for lounging in hammocks or lunch in the shade of trees. Zwei schöne Wochen am étang de Theau

Die Wohnung punktet mit der Terasse, die einen unvergleichlichen Blick auf den See bietet. Zum Baden geht man aber besser ans Meer. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, ganz einfache Wohnung.

Lage, Einrichtung wie in der Ankündigung versprochen.

Sehr nette Begrüßung incl. PKW- Fahrt zur Orientierung, um günstige Radwege in den Ort zu finden. Terrasse mit tollem Blick über das Bassin. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist in der Tat eher für Kinder bzw. sehr rüstige Erwachsene geeignet; Deckenhöhe (!) - das hatten wir jedoch zuvor telefonisch abgeklärt. Insgesamt schöne Woche!

vue magnifique sur l'étang et sérénité

location chaleureuse et conviviale ,au calme, accès à l’étang par le jardin,parking,2 terrasses (une coté étang-super- et une coté jardin) .Confort succinct mais complet et suffisant (ventilateurs, pas de machine à laver la vaisselle,prévoir des produits de première nécessité),accès à la mezzanine par une échelle de meunier plafond assez bas,2 salles de bains(douches) sans porte (rideaux).Petits commerces de proximité (boulangerie,fruits légumes ,pharmacie) grande surface à environ 7 minutes en voiture,plages environ 12 minutes (fin septembre...).Propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles.Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le calme,silence, avec un panorama propice à l'apaisement.

Location conforme au descriptif.

Une maison fonctionnelle quoique "basse de plafond" au niveau de la mezzanine : au moins les enfants y avaient leur espace. La vue sur l'étang est vraiment superbe à toute heure. Quant à Joël et Martine, outre leurs conseils avisés sur les endroits où se regaler, que dire de leur extrême gentillesse au quotidien et plus encore quand mon mari est tombé malade. Vue magnifique avec coucher de soleil imprenable !

Martine & Joel sont des hotes exceptionels ! Nous avons passe 1 semaine magnifique dans leur logement dans la petite ville de Sete. L'appartement etait propre et contenait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La decoration est simple et de bon gout ; la cuisine, si cependant petite, contient tous les ustensils et la vaisselle pour pouvoir cuisiner de bons repas. Le barbecue est un grand plus pour les delicieux poissons et Joel etait toujours la au besoin. La vue est imprenable et on pouvait se baigner dans l'etang juste en-dessous de la maison. Martine etait toujours a l'ecoute si nous avions la moindre question ou probleme. Sete est une ville tres typique avec restaurants, supermarches, boulangeries ( dont une nous y allions a pieds le matin en 5 minutes - boucherie et epicerie / tabac egalement) Nous y retournerons avec grand Plaisir. Un grand merci a des proprietaires si chaleureux.

SITE MAGNIFIQUE

La vue de la terrasse sur l'étang de Thau est vraiment remarquable et le jardin est magnifique très reposant avec une touche exotique. Un gros bémol: cet appartement est indiqué avec 2 chambres mais en fait la chambre mezzanine ne peut convenir qu'à des enfants car il est impossible pour des adultes de se tenir debout; l'accès par une échelle est difficile le confort minimaliste et l'éclairage plus que réduit!!!! dommage car le reste de l'appart est très sympa même si le coin cuisine est un peu"rétro" et si la deuxième salle de bains manque vraiment d'intimité!!!

Une semaine agréable

Une semaine très calme et agréable, la prorietaire est vraiment gentille, la voiture était bien placée, et la boulangerie proche et excellente. Bref, il ne manquait de rien. L'endroit se trouve un peu loin de la ville, mais nous avons toujours pris le bus, qui passe à un horaire très sensé. L'appartement a une architecture spéciale, vraiment charmant, et la vue de la terrasse sur l'étang est formidable. Vraiment recommandable. Günter Stagge

Accueil chaleureux. Logement conforme à la description. Idéal famille avec 2 ou 3 enfants. Propreté impeccable. Terrasse absolument magique sur l'Etang de Thau. Propriétaires charmants et disponibles pour toutes infos. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette belle Région (Plage de la Baleine, balade en catamaran sur l'Etang, Joutes Sétoises....) Herrliche Stunden auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See

Unsere Urlaubswoche auf der Halbinsel Le Barrou entfernt vom Trubel der Stadt haben wir sehr genossen. Auf der wunderschönen Terrasse haben wir morgens lange gefrühstückt und abends die Sonnenuntergänge über dem Wasser des Etang de Thau und später den Sternenhimmel genossen. Für Ausflüge in die Berge zu Höhlen, See und Flüssen, nach Montpellier und in die Camarque haben wir unser Auto gebraucht, aber auch die gute Busanbindung haben wir genutzt. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter vor Ort!! - DANKE!

Un paradis!

Quel endroit magnifique et reposant à 10mn du centre de Sète que du bonheur!La vue est grandiose ,avec des couchés de soleil spectaculaires, le jardin est agréable, l'appartement est très confortable, on s'y sent bien dès l'entrée. Am Etang in Sete

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und der grosse Vorteil: Das Auto steht im verschlossenen Garten. Der Strand am Etang ist nicht schön, für Strandspaziergänge muss nach Sete ausgewichen werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für ein Paar oder eine Familie mit Kleinkindern geeignet, da der obere Stock eher niedrig ist. Die Terrasse ist toll und auf der Gartenseite gibt es noch eine, die windgeschützt ist.

Lovely lagoon

This apartment has a huge terrace and a view that is ever changing, it is great for bird watching and swimming in safe warm water. A short distance from central Sete it is also very tranquil. Martine and Joel were very helpful. Sete is an unpretentious town with a great food culture, especially fish.

PLUS QUE PARFAIT

L'appartement les pieds dans l'eau correspond aux photos très bien équipé. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui ont été aux petits soins avec nous . Nous ont conseillés de très bonnes adresses. A retenir pour le calme la beauté du site et son environnement sans oublier ses merveilleux couchers de soleil . Dépaysement total .

Schönes Feriendomizil für erholsamen Urlaub

Schön gelegene ruhige Ferienwohnung am Ufer mit direktem Zugang zum Etang de Thau. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Ein toller Standort zum Chillen mit wunderschönem Ausblick und phantastischen Sonnenuntergängen. Nochmals vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Sete - Le Barrou. L'endroit est surprenant. En arrivant dans le quartier, on se demande oú on est tombé... Craintes très vite oubliées! Un bel espace extérieur, comme un jardin tropical. La terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur le bassin de thau. Le coucher de soleil y est mémorable. Bel endroit pour une retraite familiale. Tout ceci est encadré par un accueil très chaleureux de propriétaires heureux!

Copieux hospitalité française

Nous 5 (2 adultes, 3 petits enfants) avons apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement confortable à Sète même. La terrasse est juste sur le lac avec vue sur les parcs à huîtres et le soir pour profiter du soleil. Pour la baignade, nous sommes allés à côté de la Méditerranée avec 12 plages de kilomètres entretenu. La station de port, la vieille ville historique et la vue depuis le 183 mètres de haut Mont Saint-Clair nous avons vraiment apprécié. M. et Mme Salager sont très sympathiques et courtois, afin que nous puissions notre séjour à Sète heureux de vous recommander.

Bonjour, Féru d'eau et de pêche, c'est l'endroit idéal pour poissons et pêche à pied. L'eau salée de l'étang est agréable et beaucoup plus chaude qu'à la mer. Le quartier est tranquille et la villa "les pieds dans l'eau" est reposante. De Sete, ville agréable et typique on peut dans un rayon de 80 Km etre au pied des cévennes dans les hauts cantons, la cité de Carcassonne, Avignon et tout le littoral languedocien. C'est un bon choix. bonnes vacances

Très bonne

bonjour, Très bon séjour dans cette villa au bord de l'étang, l'endroit est très calme avec des couchers de soleil formidables. L'étang, au pied de la maison, est d'eau salée et beaucoup plus chaude qu'à la mer. Toutes les commodités, superette, tabacs/journaux, coiffeur, pharmacie sont a proximité. Très bon séjour.
