Great spot for a group

We loved our stay! We were 7 adults with 3 babies and found the house a great set up for a big group. Kitchen was very well equipped and great having so many bathrooms. But the best part was the views, we had amazing weather for March and we had amazing views of the sunrise every morning! We will absolutely be back. Great find!

Wonderful house with not only a view, but the cutest donkey and horse!

My brothers family and mine stayed here for a family reunion! This home was the perfect pick! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as shared family areas! The home was up a hill and the views were incredible. We also had a donkey and horse that came to visit daily! It was very clean and cozy and we all had the best time. Thank you to Sean and Norah for their hospitality. Highly recommend!!!

Big house with amazing views.

Fantastic views of Galley Head and the coastline near Rosscarbery. The weather was amazingly good throughout our stay.The house was perfect for 5 couples with lots of bathrooms. Lots of parking. Well equipped house which fulfilled all our needs and requirements. Thank you to Sean who brough us fresh lettuce and Norah who left an apple tart and a cake.

True Ireland Countryside with an incredible view!

This property was perfect! The views are spectacular & it's nice & quiet! The house was spotless and spacious. Coming from USA, it was nice that Maisie met us to go over everything so we knew where everything was & how it all worked. Plenty of room for everyone! She even left a homemade pie & milk! We really enjoyed our stay! It is away from a big city, but that's part of the charm & we had a car, so it wasn't a problem for us. The nearby town had a few places for eating & drinking as well as a decent grocery store. Would definitely stay her again!

Amazing Location, Comfortable Home and Wonderful Hosts

Our family of 5 adults and 2 children spent 10 days at Ocean View. This large home was very clean and had all the essentials. But what was truly magnificent were the views. The sun room at sunset was magical. The nearby village of Glandore is very pretty and the Glandore Inn serves great food. Nora, the property manager went out of her way to get us settled in. And her shop in Leap is worth a visit. She even got me in touch with one of my second cousins, whom I had never met. Sean, the owner, graciously researched the genealogy of my family. My grandparents were from the area. We look forward to staying at Ocean View again. It's a special place.

Excellent!

Pulling up to Ocean View, the spectacular view was truly breathtaking. The bonus of the horse and donkey outback really sealed it, especially for the kids. For our group of 3 adults and 2 children (11&12yo), Ocean View was more than enough space for us all. With a beautiful sunroom and large kitchen, we were all more than comfortable with the space. There was also a living room that we never even used. Nora was excellent to deal with leading up to our trip and we met Seán shortly after checkin. He was an absolute pleasure to speak with and could not have been more hospitable. Would definitely love to make it back to Ocean View again in the future.

Geräumiges Ferienhaus mit insgesamt 6 Schlafzimmern, 4 Bädern, 2 Wohnzimmern und einer schönen großen Küche. Wir waren zu 7 vor Ort und fanden die Ausstattung sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Über die schönen Begegnungen mit den Nachbarn ( Pferd und Esel) haben wir uns jeden Tag gefreut und den Ausblick auf die spektakuläre Küste genossen. Check-in war unkompliziert und unseren charmanten Gastgeber haben wir bei einem kurzen Besuch kennengelernt. Wir können das gemütliche Haus für Gruppen bis zu elf Personen sehr weiterempfehlen

An Irish Blessing

Ocean View was a dream come true. A bit off the beaten tourist path, this lovely home offered stunning views in a placid pastoral setting. The immaculate, well appointed house easily accommodated our large extended family with a spacious kitchen, sitting room, and six comfortable bedrooms. Our three teenage girls even had plenty of primping spaces in the five bathrooms. Everyone enjoyed the bonus pleasure of the horse and donkey who lived in the nearby field. The kind and gracious owners went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed every peaceful minute of our stay. This truly was an Irish blessing.
