Complimentary access to Rosemary Beach® Fitness and complimentary court time at Rosemary Beach® Racquet Club also included.

Sparkling One of a Kind, Brand New Luxury Home
Peaceful Blessings Cottage is literally next door to Rosemary Beach affording you all of the shopping and restaurants offered.

As you enter the courtyard you will encounter the outside lounging area complete with fireplace, television, a complete summer kitchen, dining area with teak furniture, and a heated pool and spa with teak lounges.

Entering the cottage you will find the first guest bedroom with a king bed and marble tiled bath. The laundry room and a half bath complete the first floor. The second consists of a large, open family room with fireplace , kitchen with professional grade appliances. There is a sunporch and covered entertainment area. Also on this floor are two bedrooms and a bunkroom that sleeps 4 children comfortably, all with their own custom, tiled baths. One of the bedrooms serves as a second master.

The 3rd floor is a private master retreat with a morning kitchen, wet bar, outdoor sleeping porch with suspended bed and sun deck.The large bathroom is exquisite with a free standing tub.

*Pool and spa may be heated for an additional fee.

DURING SPRING BREAK AND SUMMER, THIS PROPERTY BOOKS 7 NIGHTS – SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

Great trip! Great House!

We only incurred two hiccups right when we arrived- the pool was not heating properly and the master shower had not been fully cleaned (however the entire rest of the house was very clean!). After a few visits from maintenance, the pool and spa were heating and running great and the rest of our stay we very much enjoyed using it! The house layout is wonderful and the location was hard to beat! We felt blessed to get to vacation for the week in it! We loved it and would stay there again!!

Disappointed

We were very disappointed in our stay. The home is beautiful but it was very dirty. Everything from the floors to the ceiling fans were filthy. Every bed had crumbs and wrappers in them. I spent one day washing sheets and cleaning up. We found several roaches durning our stay. We visit 30A at least once a year and have never stayed in a home this dirty. Since our stay I’ve reached out to the leasing company but no response. I would not recommend staying at this house.

We are similarly disappointed in your experience and have since hired a new cleaning company for the property. It appears from your reservation notes that a team member offered to re-clean the home for you but members of your party were understandably concerned about others entering the home during COVID. The property is enrolled in a quarterly pest control program and our office staff and after hours service team are always available to schedule additional treatments as needed.
