Modern beach studio unit with king size bed, fully equipped kitchenette, full bath, balcony with ocean view, washer dryer access for 6+ night stays. Perfect for singles or couples. Beach chairs, towels, mats, boogie boards, beach umbrella provided. A cute little beach sanctuary. Quiet neighborhood.
Private parking in building. Only 3 units in building. Newer construction, built in 2010. Only a 10 minute walk to beach, park, walking trails, San Clemente pier, restaurants, and unique shops. Friendly neighbors, ocean views from balcony and bedroom.

Vacation Home In Heart of San Clemente

Beautiful home with great amenities that were so comfortable for my family. Shopping and beach right around the corner. Fabulous dinning opportunities within walking distance. A wonderful place to stay!! We would definitely come back!! Thank You for you beautiful home!!

Perfect Location!

Gina's home was the perfect location for exploring little shops and eating delicious food in San Clemente! It was obviously well kept and Gina was a excellent host, responding to my every question and recommending fun events in San Clemente! We hope to return to this exact VRBO soon in the future!

Perfectly located, clean and comfortable.

This was a last minute find for us and it was perfect for our short stay. The unit had all the essentials we needed and was extremely clean. The location is perfect for beach access as well as shopping and dining. We enjoyed our stay and the weather. The neighborhood was quiet even on weekend nights with all the windows open. The owner was responsive to messages and more than helpful.

Wonderful Home Away from Home

This was a great place to stay! The neighborhood felt very safe. The beach is within walking distance but keep in mind, it is a downhill walk to the beach. If you are the parent of little kids, you know you get to carry everything. Once we got down to the beach, we found a parking lot. Parking is free after 5:00 pm. We were able to go to a few different beaches with a comfortable little place to come back to each night. This place held 6 of us comfortably. The only issue was only having one bathroom. I think my kids were obsessed with the bidet which kept them in the bathroom a little longer. I love that the shower was nice and big. If we ever go back to San Clemente, I would love to stay here again. Thanks!!

Close to everything. Love the restaurants and small shops. It’s modern yet cozy. Ocean views from balcony, bedroom and the street.
