Modern beach studio unit with king size bed, fully equipped kitchenette, full bath, balcony with ocean view, washer dryer access for 6+ night stays. Perfect for singles or couples. Beach chairs, towels, mats, boogie boards, beach umbrella provided. A cute little beach sanctuary. Quiet neighborhood.

This property shows pride of ownership, well maintained, modern and awesome location. Very walkable and friendly neighborhood. Close to the beach, Shops and restaurants on Downtown Del Mar, Park, train station, San Clemente pier, traills. Did I mention, great location!
