There was quite a bit of construction around the building which made some of the sections on the 1st floor a little smelly. The apartment was as advertised and have no complaints about it.

Great location , But..........

This is our 5th trip to France in the past 10 years. We understand it is different than the US and we enjoy those differences. We had a wonderful trip again, but this is a review of our HomeAway experience. First, the positives, 1. Easy check-in and check-out with deposit refund. Agency 43 did a nice job. 2. Great location with good wifi. 3. Nice, big bathroom. 4. Good lift/elevator. Now, the negatives, 1. 1st impression of the apartment is horrible. It's creepy. Long, drab, hallways with a bad smell that gets worse in one section to the point we held our nose every day. Unacceptable! 2. Apartment has been redecorated with quality features except for both beds. We are flexible but didn't like either bed(both are sofabeds). 3. There is no view of the beach. 4. With no notice, on our last day, the water was turned off in the apartment. We love Nice and will be back but won't be staying here.

L'appartement a été refait à neuf. Tous les meubles et les machines sont neufs. Dans la description du studio nous avons précisé qu'il s'agit de deux canapés lits italiens qui sont en cuir et d'une qualité supérieure de la literie. Toujours dans la description nous avons mis que l'apaprtement bénéficie d'une apprcu de la mer et non pas une vue panoramique sur la plage. Les longs couloirs permettent à l'appartement d'avoir deux entrées - une sur la Promenade des anglais et l'autre sur rue de France où se trouvent tous les commerces. The apartment has been refurbished. All furniture and machines are new. In the description of the studio we have specified that these are two Italian sofa beds that are leather and a top quality bedding. Still in the description we put that the apaprtement benefits from a pleasure of the sea and not a panoramic view on the beach. The long corridors allow the apartment to have two entrances - one on the Promenade des Anglais and the other on rue de France where all the shops are located.

Zustand ok. Alles etwas veraltet und zum Teil beschädigt. Aber OK für den Preis und die Lage. Sehr warm da die Wohnung direkt unter dem Dach ist. Ohne Klima wäre es zu warm dort. Treppenhaus und Eingangsbereich absolut unterirdisch. Sieht aus wie ein Lost Place. Aber auch egal. Für ein paar Tage kann man das in Kauf nehmen. Supermarkt ist praktisch im Haus drin.

Horrible Entrance to this Studio

The entrance to the building is surrounded by scaffolding and a screen to disguise it. When we arrived the exterior area at the entrance door was littered with debris and broken bottles, it was awful. We followed a long and unkempt corridor to eventually a very small lift to the 7th floor. By the time we reached the studio we felt so uncomfortable. The studio was ok, the sofa bed reasonably comfortable and it had a decent bathroom with a good shower. There was an area at the kitchen with the wall crumbling, we were told they were waiting for it to dry out before fixing it. The balcony was not good, no privacy and the neighbour is very close on the corner. The Air Condition Unit was on the wall outside the door, my partner bumped his head on it – not paying attention – but it is dangerously low, he is not that tall. We did not want to stay there so messaged our contact who could not help and said they had not had any complaints before. I had checked the reviews before we booked, there was a variety of differing opinions and one mentioned the building work at the entrance but that was from a few years ago, naively, I expected it to be finished by now. We stayed only 2 nights out of 14 nights booked. We found a local agency who found us another apartment, it was added expense but it was worth it not to have to walk up to that entrance.

Les grands couloirs d'accès sont déconcertants la première fois, mais sinon tout est très bien. Bel appartement clair et calme, bien équipé, avec une terrasse. La mer à deux pas. Des commerces tous proches. La vieille ville et le centre facilement accessibles à pied. Idéal pour visiter Nice.

Perfekte Lage, bisschen abgewohnt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Nizza sehr genossen. Die Lage des Objektes ist einfach perfekt. Passt alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Neben an befinden sich Restaurants, Supermärkte und Möglichkeiten zum bummeln. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend, jedoch ist der Balkon sehr schmuddelig und das Geschirr war leider teilweise schmutzig, so dass wir vor der Nutzung alles abwaschen mussten. Ansonsten war die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Der Supermarkt um die Ecke, direkt am Strand gelegen u unweit von der Altstadt entfernt. Der Balkon ist schön sonnig und man kann bei einem Glas Wein gut den Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Was nicht so schön war, dass diverse Sachen in der Wohnung nicht funktionierten. Der Wasserkocher war kaputt, der Fön funktioniert nicht und leider war der Duschschlau so kaputt, dass wir nicht duschen konnten. Haben aber einen neuen gekauft u anmontiert, damit jetzt alle weiteren Gäste duschen können.

Nous avons été accueilli par 2 personnes adorable Wafa et son époux qui nous a desuite dirigé dans appartement se sont ces personnes qui s'occupe de entretien irréprochable, il ne manquait rien . Appartement bien situé super U à côté, le negresco, promenade des anglais ect... Le seul problème est que la propriétaire pourrait refaire peinture , et renouveler son service Assiettes .... sinon nous avons passé un agréable séjour merci à wafa pour son beau sourire et à son mari

Merci pour votre appréciation. L'ascenseur a été réparé et fonctionne très bien maintenant. L'immeuble a beaucoup de couloirs mais il est très bien placé à côté de nombreux commerces et de l'Hotel Negresco. Un autre avantage sont les deux entrées - de la Promenade des anglais et de la rue de France ce qui augmente la mobilité. L'appartement est refait à neuf avec des prestations modernes er de qualité.

Merci pour votre appréciation. Nous avons rajouté de la vaisselle qui a été cassée par les locataires précédents. Nous avons également repris un nouvel abonnement pour la TV afin de proposer plus de chaines de télévision pour les étrangers. La vue mer n'est pas de 180° - elle est partielle mais l'appartement a une grande terrasse avec une chaise longue et une table avec des chaises pour prendre le petit déjeuner en plain air. Sur la terrasse il y a tente qui protège du soleil en été. Elle est un deuxième espace agréable pour les locataires.

Min kæreste og jeg, har haft en fantastisk ferie her. Man får hvad man ser på billederne, og det hele er forløbet meget professionelt. Dog, står der i beskrivelse at der kan sove 4 personer i lejeligheden. Hvilket også er rigtigt, vi synes dog den vil være lidt lille til 4 personer. Men perfekt til to.

propriétaire réactif pour suivi / simplicité pour récupération des clés dans une agence bâtiment en rénovation de façade coté "prom" très contigu et surprenant d'accès.... 7 ème étage avec petite vue mer ....soleil jusque 18h00(au moment de notre loc) sur terrasse...un relax, une table, 2 chaises et pare soleil...top ! 2 clics clacs comfortables 1m60 / si 4 personnes pb d'intimité....car cote a cote sdb avec toilette et douche italienne xl / parfaite. tv et wifi nickel commerce boulangerie et supérette U juste a coté point a améliorer : un petit coup de peinture blanche dans entrée serait le bienvenu. nous recommandons sans problème
