Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the charming unit, fully stocked kitchen, and that it was a good fit for two guests. We appreciate your comments regarding the bathroom storage and additional amenities, and we have shared these suggestions with our team for consideration. We also want to clarify that this unit’s layout and amenities are described in the listing, including that the ocean-view outdoor spaces are associated with the upper-level units. We’re sorry to hear about the noise from the upstairs guests. We understand how disruptive excessive noise can be, especially during nighttime hours. We encourage guests to reach out to our team during their stay so we can have the opportunity to address concerns as quickly as possible. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate your suggestions and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Hi Amber, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your kind words about the cleanliness and presentation of our vacation rental. We take great pride in maintaining our property, so it's heartening to hear that these aspects met your expectations. We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the parking and beach access. We understand how these elements significantly contribute to the overall experience, and we apologize for any inconvenience you faced. Regarding the parking, we know this area can be a bit challenging, and we're always looking for ways to improve that aspect of our guest experience. Your feedback is invaluable in this regard. As for the beach access, I'm genuinely sorry that it did not meet your expectations. We aim to present our property as accurately as possible, and it's clear that we fell short in this area. We will review our listing to ensure that it more accurately represents the distance and terrain to the nearest sandy beach. Again, thank you for your valuable feedback. We are committed to improving and making the necessary adjustments to ensure future guests don't encounter the same issues. Best Regards, Beachfront Only

Dear Sumner, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent visit to one of our properties. I was very concerned to read that you had the impression the the home you stayed in was on the beach. While most of our homes have direct beach access this particular property does not. It does have amazing views of the ocean, but it does not have direct access to the beach. You mentioned that is was advertised that way. I did look and this particular property is not listed as "beachfront". In the description, it indicates it is a less than 5-minute walk to the beach. Additionally, unfortunately there is only street parking with the particular unit you reserved. That is listed on the description page on the website. We wish we had known about your concerns while you were staying with us. It would have given us the opportunity to fix that TV and to assist you with parking. I do hope we have the opportunity to have you as a guest again in the future. We have a number of spectacular homes that I believe would create the experience you were hoping for doing this last visit. Sincerely, Beachfront Only

Thank you for your review and for choosing our Beachfront home as your work retreat by the ocean. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the soothing sound of the ocean during your stay. We apologize for any confusion you experienced regarding the parking and the apartment's location. We understand that arriving late can add an extra layer of complexity. Your feedback about the garage lifts is duly noted, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the noise. We appreciate your suggestion to clarify the garage and parking location information for future guests to ensure a smoother arrival experience. Your input is valuable to us, and we'll take it into consideration for improvement. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for another productive and peaceful stay. Sincerely, The Team at Beachfront Only

Thank you for your feedback Leo, we hope to host you again soon. The BeachFront Only Team
