Perfect for a getaway with your loved one, this fully equipped 200 sq ft studio unit has expansive views of the ocean out front. Lay back and relax on one of the many patio loungers in the common area beach space or take a short stroll to the Oceanside Harbor.

NO BEACH ACCESS FROM THE YARD AT THE PROPERTY. ALSO NOTE, THIS PROPERTY DOES REQUIRE STEPS DOWN TO ACCESS ENTRANCE.

Parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

Great Place

This place is small but perfect for 2 people. Great location close to downtown and to the pier and beaches. Great access to the Ocean. Easy access to main highways for driving to other places of interest too. Overall outstanding.

Perfect spot for a last minute booking

Unfortunately we were in town to say a last minute goodbye to a family member. Being on the ocean and with all the amenities we could ask for really helped us start the healing process.

Great Zen View!

We had a wonderful stay at this sweet little place right on the beach!!! The room was clean, well equipped with all necessities, and the view was the best! We sat on the lounge chairs in the sand and watched the waves… just what we needed since we live in the country! Thanks so much!

Great quiet spot for a getaway with a great view.

My mom and I needed to get away from the heat of Palm Springs and wanted to take a mom/daughter trip. The place was very clean and it seemed like everything was new. The little Beach area outside was very cozy and looked beautiful at night all lit up. Also, we really enjoyed listening to the crashing waves and feeling the calmness of just being on the beachfront. We would definitely come back again!

Perfect Beach Getaway for 2!

Cozy studio, with enough space for two people. Nicely remodeled. Everything works properly, was clean and new, and felt fresh. The views and backyard sand made the lack of a beach much more bearable than if we had to walk a mile just to feel the sand.

The room was remodeled nicely but the building itself needs attention. Managers do a good job of communicating. The ocean is less than steps away if that is your zen.

Sunset beach

This is such a perfect place. AC worked great kitchen was cute and tidy. Bed was comfy. The outdoor area was perfect. We had our own sandy beach. The only thing that was kind of a bummer was the pillows were brand new and were not broken in yet. But I hope to Return one day. Thank you so much

Storm Damage

Nice and clean, but due to storm damage there is no access to the beach and the outdoor lighting at the yard does not work. There are no indoor comfortable chairs, the kitchen is cute but unbelievably small.

Nice, Clean, Great Views

We had a lovely time. The sound of the ocean can be heard all day and night as the beach is just a few feet away. I just wish they had told us the beach access had collapsed and was blocked off and not at all accessible due to severe rock and cement destruction from erosion and storms. You will have to walk down the street a few blocks to access the beach. Otherwise, if you don't mind not having direct access to the beach, it's perfect for you. May pose a problem for little dogs and small children if you are not constantly watching them near the fenced off area as it has gaps near the bottom of the fences making it possible for small dogs and children to fall into.

Listing Not Accurate

There was horrible storm damage and caution tape blocking the beach view, which was the only reason we picked this unit. The pictures online do not show this and it is not mentioned anywhere in the listing. The concrete is broken and it is dangerous. They should fix this before renting out the unit anymore. For the cost of this unit I was extremely disappointed.
