4 bedroom house close to the Horse Park

This is a 2 story house with 4 Bedrooms all upstairs, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage with a fireplace in the living room. The house is in a safe neighborhood and as a big back yard for the kids to safely play. (The backyard is not fully fenced in) The house is completely furnished with all amenities included. Bring your tooth brush and some clothes and you will feel right at home. Direct TV is in every room with internet access included. Pets are welcomed for a $50 fee. You are 10 min. from the Kentucky Horse Park and 20 min. from downtown Lexington. Monthly rental discount is available.

Excellent place to stay for the horse park

The property is very well maintained and in great condition. Great proximity to the horse park. We had a lot of fun and this house made the trip very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Spent a wonderful 4 days with our son, his wife and their three young kids. Was a wonderful place to wind down after a full day of adventures. Would love to go back again some day

Wonderful stay!

Such a beautiful and comfortable house. The perfect combination of comfort but felt model new. Nothing shabby or worn. The furnishings are very comfortable and well equipped. There is everything needed easily at hand. Quiet cul de sac neighborhood and spacious backyard.

Lots of space, plenty of kitchen cookware, etc. Large dining room to eat and play games - there were 7 of us at the table. Quiet neighborhood. All bedrooms were large!

This home was perfect for our family to stay at so we could visit our youngest daughter, who attends UK, for the holiday! We also have family who lives in Stamping Ground/Nicholasville and Harrodsburg. Perfect quiet neighborhood. We’ve always stayed in Lexington or Nicholasville over the years, but we loved Georgetown and will be staying in this area again! Highly recommend this home and area!

Great Property!

We were extremely happy with the home. It was beautiful, comfortable and exactly what our family was looking for. The home had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and centrally located to everything. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.
