Relax in paradise with a million dollar direct oceanfront view. This point unit condo in Topsail Reef has a private balcony with an unobstructed view for watching sunsets & dolphins in the surf. Our clean, well-maintained & comfortable one -bedroom condo will become your favorite vacation getaway. Many guests return to Topsail Island each year because of its natural beauty. Our beach is relaxing & uncrowded but close to restaurants, golf & other family-oriented activities.
Enjoy the bright and "beachy" decor in our condo.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including microwave, toaster, coffeemaker & pots & pans. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom & a queen sleep sofa in the living room. There are 2 flat screen TV's with cable.Wi-fi is included. The laundry room is right next door for your convenience.

Relaxing, thoroughly enjoyable ocean getaway.

This was our first trip to Topsail. Janet, the property owner was instrumental in acclimating us to the area and helping us feel at home. The maps, list of "favorites" and area activities that she provided were a great resource. The condo information was very useful in facilitating packing and served as a checklist in leaving the condo as we found it. Janet's consideration and organizational skills were evident in simplifying the arrival and departure process. It was reassuring to know that she was available to answer any questions and was warm and welcoming in doing so. The condo was very clean and comfortable, quaint and "beachy". The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking gear and anything you may have forgotten.The seafood at Topsail was delicious and we cooked a lot of it preferring to remain "at the beach". The view from the 3rd floor deck was awesome. (We were concerned about climbing 3 flights of steps to the third floor, but this turned out to be a non-issue.) It was wonderful to wake up in the middle of the night to go outside to the peaceful turbulence of the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed the storms and colorful lightening shows on the horizon. The tides offered a fascinating ever changing landscape. The ocean water was refreshing, cool, clean and barely salty. The people at the condo and in the community were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. We learned a lot about Topsail from the "locals" which contributed to the positive atmosphere. We are looking forward to returning to Topsail and highly recommend this Home Away!
