The location was perfect for our Universal visit. The condo was exactly as advertised and Thomas was very responsive. We really liked the backyard, it was like a little oasis, very pretty.

Great Location

Came to so cal to visit family. This place was the perfect location for our plans to Universal and the Hollywood Bowl. We enjoyed the lovely accommodations with fresh fruit, chilled water, wine and coffee! Very comfortable and clean. We would stay here again!

Perfect Hide Away

This property is right in the heart of all the tourist attractions (ie. Universal Studios, Warner Bros. Studios etc) but has a remarkable feel of being tucked away in the woods. It's amazing! Thomas was so accommodating and easy to work with. We can't recommend highly enough.

Hidden Gem in the City

The moment we arrived and walked up the stairs we knew we had made the right choice. We almost felt we were in a hidden forest in Thailand. The home was clean and welcoming. The hosts are amazing folks and very communicative and helpful. Outside is paradise, such a wonderful place to relax and hang out.

Fantastic!

Ultra clean and simply a beautiful home. We had everything we needed and then some. Hosts were wonderful and stayed in touch, making sure everything was to our liking. The parking was great - just a tad challenging when there was a lot of traffic. Also, despite being right on a major street, the home is set up the hill enough that it is extremely quiet and tranquil even out on the back patio. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The place was clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything needed for making a meal and the hosts graciously offer complimentary coffee, wine and fruit. The back patio is a beautiful area with ample seating and cafe lights. The driveway was spacious, but was a bit difficult to back out during rush hour(s). Location of the house is perfect- just a few minutes away from WB studios, Universal, Griffith Park, and the freeways. The host was easy to contact and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful experience

We had a wonderful stay at Thomas's place. It was clean and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the back patio which looked like a tropical hideaway. Thomas was an amazing host checking on us several times to see if there was anything we needed. The location was great and we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

We bought this home in 1988 because of its central location in LA, which is also great for visitors - short or long term. We love the eclectic mix of high-end restaurants with cuisine from every corner of the world sitting side by side with some of the best pizza and burger joints in town. As Filmmakers, we wanted to be close to the Film Studios and the thousands of companies connected to them. And of course, we love being near the iconic attractions of LA: Universal Studios City Walk, The Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood Walk of Fame, The Hollywood Sign and more.

What makes this property unique

The house is cozy and the privacy can't be beaten. It's home. A nice home which we love and have put a lot of care into creating. You will fit right in, in a matter of minutes.
