Large beach home with 7 bedrooms and a quaint cabin adjacent to the main home. Located in Yachats, Oregon with restaurants in walking distance, local shopping, Saturday market a new Cider house.
This large home has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathroom with a cabin that has one bathroom, a kindg bed and a loft.
There is a hot tub off the main deck with a BBQ and some out door games Most of the rooms have their own TV's.
We provide quality linens and beds, There is a game room located upstairs and fabulous views of the ocean and the Oregon Coast sunsets are amazing. The kitchen is equipped with seasonings and some other items to make your stay a little easier.

We had such a wonderful time with our family celebrating our 50th anniversary. Your place was perfect. Searching for seashells, hiking, shopping or just staying in playing games and eating. So much fun!!

We enjoyed the stay at this property. The description of the property was accurate and with the number of people we had, the number of bedrooms and beds were very acommodating. The kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed. The dining room wasn't large enough for all of us to eat at one table but we knew that ahead of time and we adapted. Overall great stay and will probably book the place again for the next family gathering.

Cook's Dream Kitchen!

Our family of 12 found everything we could wish for. Decks for sunset watching, barbeque feasts, conversations and games. Beaches and hikes nearby. A kitchen with every possible tool, cooking pots and pans, spices and oils, flour, sugar and more. Guests are urged to use and share cupboards full of surprises! Room to be together, and room to be private. A perfect house!

No beach access was hard, but view and house helped make up for it hugely! Replacing what you use? Paper goods, a bit confusing of interpretations, we left pkg of each. Likely book again, awesomeness!

Belated Christmas Gathering

14 Family Members Under One Roof for 3 Days!! We all loved the house and the views are Wonderful. The house was fully supplied with just about everything a person could need. The owners even left the Christmas Trees up for us!! Thank You for sharing your home with us!! We will be back :-)

Great house w minor issues

The house was big and roomy with privacy for anyone who needed it. Yet places to come together comfortably., for inside. A little crowded for outdoor recreation. Beach access along the highway is scary at times. Still a nice place to come together.

Annual coast family gathering

The house and accommodations were fantastic! This house has it all!!! Rooms and beds galore, game room, TV in every room in the house, plenty of bathrooms and kitchen wise - everything you have in your own home + much more!!! (And the view is amazing). Only draw back is not having direct beach access - but getting to ocean is a super easy drive. For walkers - not bad either. The owners were very nice and prompt with replies. Don’t miss this one!!

Amazing house for large groups, well stocked!

The property is right off of 101, with a wonderful view of the ocean. Layout of house is near perfect with three bedrooms / 2 baths downstairs and 4 bedrooms / 3 baths upstairs. Best stocked kitchen we have seen at a rental! Rec room upstairs, dining area and living room downstairs, and the deck area are wonderful! Neighbors had great things to say about the owners, which isn’t always the case - so another plus. Plenty of parking for 6 cars. We will happily book again.

Family Gathering

We were in Yachats to celebrate my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. Three couples and two kids and we had a good time just listening to the waves, walking the beaches to find agates and relaxing with a good book. Beds were comfortable and there was sufficient space for everyone. PacMan game in loft area was entertaining for the kids! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies although the knives could use some sharpening. :). Hot tub was out of order and that was disappointing as we weren’t notified of this ahead of time and was one of the reasons we went with this particular rental. It was a short but sweet stay in this house! Thanks for having us.

Amazing property for a large group

A total of 10 adults occupied this very comfortable beach house, and we had room to spare! We particularly enjoyed the common areas in the house where we could enjoy meals together, talk in small groups, play games, etc. The deck is amazing. The house has more bedrooms and baths than indicated in the property listing - the owner can provide a complete description. Some things were a bit wonky (particularly the light switches and electrical configuration), but it wasn't a problem. To my surprise, the kitchen had everything you need to cook proper meals and then some. We were surprised that so much food was left behind - you will definitely find staples and a whole lot more! The location of the house is wonderful. Though it doesn't connect directly to the beach, it's a short walk. Downtown Yachats is very close and offers some nice restaurants and other amenities. This is the perfect house for a large family, a reunion, or any other type of gathering.

Wonderful place! We celebrated my parents 40th anniversary here and the house perfectly suited our large family. Fenced yard was wonderful for pets and small children, hot tub was a hit with the adults in the evening, campfire in the evening was relaxing, and the noise and view of the ocean was beautiful. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

Ocean View Vacation

We were very impressed with this home and all the amenities! Huge, well equipped kitchen, high chair, baby gate, game room, toys, were unexpected conveniences! We enjoyed evenings in the hot tub listening to the surf and reminiscing around the fire pit! This home accomodated our family of 12 adults, 3 infants and 1 toddler nicely. We definetly recommend this property!

Perfect retreat!

Despite not having direct access to the water we had an amazing time and the house was perfect! We all had plenty of room to spread out or gather for meals or time together. The kitchen was easily the best stocked out of all the homes any of us have ever rented and the porch space and hot tub was great! The home is only a mile from Yachats and a few more miles from thors well and other site seeing areas and trails. We would absolutely rent this place again!

Great family reunion

Ocean views from this property are fantastic. The hot tub was a perfect location at sunset. We ended up with more bedrooms than needed since we lost a family member between booking and the stay. The kids loved the bunkbeds.We had a couple of technical issues but the owner was very responsive.

Great Place!

My family and friends (5 children under 5 and 8 adults) had plenty of space and fun despite a terrible storm keeping us indoors all weekend. Great place for families with lots of options.

Excellent for Large Gatherings

This house was absolutely perfect for our family gathering over the holidays. Because of the many bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms, we were very comfortably accommodated. There was excellent separation of spaces so that concurrent activities didn’t disturb others who might be sleeping, or engaged in other activities. The many pieces of furniture were comfortable, and the kitchen extraordinarily well stocked with appliances and typical kitchen food supplies. Two refrigerators kept all our food and drinks cold. The town of Yachats is just a short drive or walk. We enjoyed the view of the ocean, though there is no beach, but it is within a short drive. The game room was well stocked with games and puzzles in the loft. This house accommodated both adults and kids. Finally, the hosts, Kristen and Erik, were very responsive during the reservation process, and follow up questions. This definitely is a 5 star accommodation for large gatherings.

Great views comfortable beds, 5 with king beds, 2 sets of bunkbeds in one room and two rooms have queen beds…… large deck's, game room , basketball hoop corn hole and other kids games along with cribs and high chairs ..great place for family.. retreats and reunions……… located on a half acre very close to the ocean, Great small town with five excellent restaurants crabbing is located in Waldport 7 miles away, clamming and muscles on low tides right in front of the house tide pools for the kids! so much more you will make great memories and when I come back to our comfortable beds!
