At 12 km from Saint-Tropez, on a hill of the Massif des Maures facing the sea, the villa is nestled in a green setting far from the road and the noise. You are 5 minutes by car from the beach and the starting point of the boats towards Iles d’Or.
On the ground floor, where you will stay, there is a large terrace and a 10x5 m tiled and heated pool nestled in the greenery. The living room with open plan kitchen is equipped and has been fully renovated as well as the bathroom. Calm, lot of sun, views and total rest are guaranteed. You are close to the shops and entertainments of La Croix-Valmer and Cavalaire and Saint-Tropez are waiting for you.
Tennis courts in La Croix-Valmer and the fine sandy landing beaches and beaches of Pardigon (sailing schools and water games and sports).

Good location rather small apartment

Where you stay is not a villa but rather an apartment in a villa. This was not very clear in the English version of the listing. There is only one bathroom so would recommend really mostly for a family with small children. Nice garden and pool. Good location to visit the coast.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Grundstück mitten im Grünen mit grossem Garten.Toller Aussenbereich mit Lounge, Pool, Hängematte, grossem Pool und Jacuzzi) der zum Verweilen einlädt.Die Gästezimmer sind liebevoll und farblich abgestimmt eingerichtet.Ein Problem mit dem Abfluss der Toilette wurde umgehend behoben.Es wäre noch wünschenswert wenn kleinere Reparaturen erledigt würden. (Türschloss Korridor und Fensterschloss kleines Zimmer sowie Ersetzen von Glühbirnen)Zur Verfügung steht das Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Im Obergeschoss wohnt die sehr freundliche Besitzerin. Wenn Gäste im Haus sind fährt diese jeweils nach Paris und man ist völlig ungestört.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Die Unterkunft hat einen traumhaften Pool, eine tolle Terrasse zum Frühstücken, Relaxen und man ist schnell mit dem Auto am Strand. Der Whirlpool hat uns allen viel Spaß gemacht, leider konnten wir eie Tischtennisplatte wegen dem Wind nur wenig nutzen. Betten waren bequem. Nathalie war immer per Kontaktanfrage erreichbar und hat uns alle Fragen im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthaltes beantwortet.

Lovely House

Everything about this house is wonderful. Beautiful garden with a lot of flowers and palm trees. The garden was totally closed so we could let our dog run safely around. The pool area was priceless in these warm weeks we just experienced. The host Nathalie was really warm and helpful. If we needed god guides about the area of La Croix-Valmer she was really fast on answering and introduced us to some nice local restaurants . Also Henri who met us at the arrival and departure was really warm and welcoming. We loved staying in the house and we absolute hope that we will come back.

Excellent séjour !

Un excellent séjour, accueil impeccable, appartement bien équipé, jardin magnifique. Piscine et jacuzzi, plus le trampoline et le bac à sable, ont rendu mes enfants de 5 et 3 ans heureux. À 5 minutes en voiture de la plage du débarquement, ainsi que du Intermarché, spar et autres boutiques. Un séjour inoubliable, merci beaucoup!

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönen Garten und großem Pool

Wir waren 2 Wochen hier und haben uns rund um Wohlgefühlt. Der Garten ist 2500m2 groß und mediteran angelegt. Der Pool ist groß und mit 27 Grad ideal zum schwimmen und abkühlen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Lediglich die Betten könnten größer sein (140x200).
