Welcome to Villa Manoureva located in Forcalqueiret, in green Provence, in central Var, close to the Mediterranean Sea (30km) and the mountains (70km).
Near the village of Forcalqueiret 1. 5 km and a large commercial area 2km. Softened water and reversible air conditioning. Pleasant villa for 6 people on a private plot of 2200m2.
The living room of 30m2 is equipped with a large table for 8 people, in the lounge part the large HD television allows you to watch the channels of the Astra satellite. You can connect your computer, tablet and smartphone to the wifi network provided by a 4G box.
South side, is located the large wooden slatted terrace (80m2) with swimming pool (6mx3m depth 1.1m) with a beach (3mx1.5m depth 0.3m), heated, secure (by a tarpaulin bar) and treated with salt (ecological).
The terrace is equipped with a pergola (8mx3m) with independent blinds, screens (12m), a 360 ° rotating parasol with a diameter of 3m, a comfortable garden furniture for 5 people, sun loungers and sun loungers. 'a large table for 8 people.
3 bedrooms + 1 independent bedroom with shower room. 1 bathroom with bath and 1 shower room with a beautiful Italian shower and sink.
The field is equipped with a game of pétanque, a badmington net and a basketball pole.

Charming rustic retreat. Just as described.

Michel and Jeanine are super hosts and very welcoming. The outdoor area is excellent with well maintained heated medium sized swimming pool. All the important things like very comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning wi.fi and outdoor seating and shade were provided. The location is private and terrific for seeing the region. We would love to return one day.

Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Altersbedingt stehen allerdings einige Instandhaltungs und Renovierungsarbeiten an. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und bei Bedarf direkt zur Stelle.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la villa Manoureva de Jeannine et Michel, des hôtes formidables plein de gentillesse et de prévoyance. Tout était parfaitement propre et bien rangé à notre arrivée, la villa est très fonctionnelle et dotée de nombreux équipements garantissant à une famille de 5 ans personnes comme nous l'étions un confort optimal. Jeannine et Michel viennent tous les 3 jours nettoyer la piscine (en toute discrétion) donc tout était toujours nickel. Ravis de ce voyage !

endroit merveilleux

L'accueil par le couple propriétaire était très sympathique et sans aucun problème. La propriété et le jardin sont en très bon état et comblent tous les souhaits. Tout est prévu pour rendre le séjour des hôtes aussi agréable que possible et l'équipement comble tous les souhaits (à l'exception des coquetiers ;-)). La maison est très bien entretenue et nous a été remise dans un état de propreté irréprochable. Toutes les explications données à notre arrivée étaient faciles à comprendre et nous avons également reçu quelques conseils. La maison est située dans un endroit calme et la rue à proximité est pratiquement inaudible. L'endroit est idéal pour faire des excursions dans la Provence Verte et les commerces sont tout proches. Une expérience formidable que nous recommandons volontiers et que nous souhaitons renouveler dès que possible.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. La propreté est le point fort avec de nombreuses activités proposées (piscine, badminton, pétanque, basket). Beaucoup de mobiliers exterieurs qui contrastent avec l'intérieur un peu petit pour recevoir beaucoup de monde. Lieu calme et agréable malgré la période où les tronçonneuses étaient de sorties.

Optimal für Besichtigungen der Provence und der Cote d´Azur

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Ein Haus mit guter Ausstattung,und einem großen Grundstück füt Spiel und Sport. Die nahe Anbindung an die Autobahn ermöglicht Fahrten in alle Richtungen, so dass sowohl die Cote d`Azur als auch die Provence erkundet werden kann.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit beheiztem Pool und großem Außengelände!

Es war wirklich ein herrlicher Urlaub! Der große Garten ermöglicht Aktivitäten wie Badmintonspiel und viel Entspannung auf den vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Für die Kinder war der Pool das absolute Highlight! Und dass er beheizt ist und man ihn darum noch Ende Oktober gut nutzen kann, ist klasse! Schade, dass die Einstiegsstufen recht viel Platz von dem Pool in Anspruch nehmen und er dadurch ziemlich klein ist. Aber für Spiel und Spaß im Wasser reicht es völlig! Außen ein toller Gasbräter zum Grillen (zusätzlich zum Weber-Kugelgrill). Auch im Haus ist alles tiptop! Sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Gastgeber Jeannine und Michel sind sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit! Und dank Google-Übersetzer war auch die Verständigung kein Problem. Und in 40 Minuten ist man schon an den Stränden des Mittelmeers. Vielen Dank, Jeaninne und Michel, für die tolle Zeit bei euch! Liebe Grüße Gero & Familie

Herbsturlaub mit der Familie

Wir haben im Oktober 8 schöne Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Neben dem sehr herzlichen Empfang hat uns die Größe der Zimmer und des ganzen Grundstückes sehr gefallen. Der beheizte Pool war das abendliche Highlight für die Kinder, so konnten wir uns auf den vielen Sitzgelegenheiten entspannen. Etwas störend fanden wir die Geräuschkulisse (Bundesstraße ca. 200m Luftlinie, aber auch Poolheizung und Lüftung). Vor allem die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, ansonsten geben die Bilder das Objekt sehr gut wieder. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung!

La situation géographique est bien, ça permet de visiter pas mal de choses. La maison présente tout ce dont on a besoin pour les vacances. Un petit bémol sur la température de la piscine, trop fraîche et sur l'emplacement du filet qui ne permet pas de jouer correctement. De manière globale, un lieu agréable !

Superbe maison / Tolles Ferienhaus

Nous avons passé à 6 (4 adultes + 2 ado 18 et 15) 2 superbes semaines (fin juin - début juillet) dans cette belle maison. Tout correspond parfaitement aux photos et descriptif sur le site. La cuisine est extremement bien équipée, ce qui nous a changé de nos locations précendentes ;-). Super literie. Climatisation dans la maison très agréable. Le grand-père s´est senti très bien dans la chambre indépendante au fond du jardin, avec sa douche et toilettes privées! La maison est située sur un beau terrain, près de la départementale, mais qu ´on entend peu. Il y a tout pour occuper ses journées, terrain de pétanque, filet de badmindon, babyfoot, piscine nettoyée 2x par semaine par Jeannine et Michel. Jeannine et Michel sont très accueillants et à la fois discrets. La communication s´est déroulée sans problème. Nous reviendrons très volontiers! Isabelle, Thomas & Co. -------------------------- Wir haben Ende Juni/Anfang Juli zwei Wochen mit 6 Personen, davon 2 Jugendliche im Alter von 15 und 18 Jahren dort verbracht und hatten ein super Zeit. Das Haus entspricht 1:1 der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet; ganz anders, als wir es bei unseren, in der Vergangenheit gemieteten Objekten erlebt haben. Die Matrazen sind neuwertig und die beiden Bäder, wie auch der Rest der Wohnung absolut sauber. Dass das ganze Haus klimatisiert ist, ist sehr angenehm. Auch im Nebengebäude gibt es ein Kühlgerät. Mein Schwiegervater war extrem begeistert, sein eigenes Reich und seine eigene Toilette zu haben. Das Haus steht auf einem großen Grundstück mit Badmintonnetz, Pétanquebahn, Tischkicker. Direkt neben dem Pool gibt es eine gasbetriebene Planca und die Terasse kann am Abend stimmungsvoll beleuchtet werden. Das Schwimmbad wird 2 x pro Woche von den Vermietern gereinigt. Ein Bäcker mit Brot von hervorragender Qualität ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man etwas suchen möchte dann bleibt nur, dass man die Landstraße etwas hört, aber das war für uns vernachlässigbar.

Villa de rêve au calme et très bien située

La villa est bien située et invite au farniente près de la piscine ou sur la terrasse à l'abri des grosses chaleurs. Grands espaces bien entretenus, la cuisine est très bien équipée, rien ne manque. 4 chambres spacieuses, nous y avons séjourné à 6 amis. La communication avec les propriétaires se passe très bien. Une très belle paranthese. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.
