53m2 apartment + 30m2 balconies.

The entrance to the residence is 400m from the Bellevue cable car and 400m from the Prarion cable car in both cases by taking the sidewalk. Otherwise the fastest is to go down by the private staircase from our balcony, put on the skis and follow a small path that leads directly to the Prarion cable car (blue Allouds slope). You return on skis to the balcony stairs.

5 min by car from Chamonix or 15 min by bus (stop outside the residence).
The buses easily serve the other ski areas of the Valley: Brévent - Flégère, Aiguille du Midi - Vallée Blanche, Grands Montets, Balme - Vallorcine, etc.

2 bedrooms, fully equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, living room with LCD screen TV, shower room, separate WC with washing machine. Balconies on three sides, 1 indoor parking, no vis-à-vis.
Max 4 people. 3rd floor without elevator.

Master bedroom:
Double bed, 180 cm wide with two individual duvets. Dresser, two bedside tables, mirror and coat rack. Corner room with two French doors giving access to two balconies. Views of the Fiz massif and the Houches slopes.

Guest room :
Single bed 80 cm extendable to 160 cm. Two cabinets with mirror, coffee table, drawers and coat rack. French doors giving access to a balcony with a view of the Fiz mountains.

Bathroom :
Large shower with glass cabin. Large basin, cabinet with drawers and mirror.
Large towel dryer.

Laundry room and toilets:
Washing machine, cupboards, drying rack, toilet, sink and mirror.

Kitchen:
Full kitchen. 3-burner induction hob, silent dishwasher, fridge-freezer, fan oven / grill / microwave, toaster, kettle. Complete kitchen utensils.
Central island for lunch. French doors giving access to a balcony.

Living room :
Flat screen TV, Orange TV channels, wifi, wifi speakers. Divan for 3/4 people, footrest. Corner room with two French doors leading to the main balcony. Bay window with view over the valley and the Aiguilles de Chamonix from Aiguille Verte to Aiguille du Gouter.

Balconies:
Two 30m2 balconies on three orientations. The largest balcony has a small staircase which gives direct access to the snow and to the Prarion cable car on skis. In summer direct access to the hiking trail of the Tour du Mont Blanc which is 30 meters away.

Household linen (sheets, fitted sheet, duvets, pillowcases, hand towels) is included.
Cleaning (except kitchen and dishes) is also included.

General:
Crossing apartment of 53m2 offering three orientations. There are solid parquet floors in all rooms except the one in the shower room. The apartment is heated by active cast iron and inertia radiators with electronic control. Double glazing throughout. Smoke detector. There is a locked ski locker at the entrance to the chalet.

Mountain Collective:
From the winter season 2015-2016 the Chamonix valley will join the 4 world ski destinations offered by Mountain Collective: North America, Thredbo (Australia), Hakuba valley (Japan) and Nevado valley (Chile) .
