There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both bedrooms have a Queen bed and full bath attached. This unit also includes a twin rollaway bed as well as a high quality queen blow up mattress.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 3 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay. There are granite kitchen counters with stainless steel appliances and Hardwood floors throughout.

There is a 55" Samsung smart HD TV with cable, a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, games, books, and more!

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

Military pinning

We were at Auburn for grandson's Auburn graduation and military pinning. This was a wonderful place to stay and so convenient to everything. Could walk to all the restaurants on college street. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Love staying in the heart of Auburn

This is my second time renting this property. Its central location makes it a wonderful spot to explore Auburn. For those who want access to the lively (and boisterous!) downtown area—even on non-game weekends—this is the perfect spot! The Target right next door makes it easy to get essentials for the full-sized kitchen, and there are also wonderful eateries right outside your doorstep.

This was the perfect space for our weekend in Auburn for a basketball game. The door leads right out to college across from Halftime. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location to everything

Cannot beat the location and space. Overall would stay here again. Nice to have a kitchen. Listing mentioned smaller showers, which is true, however the water pressure and temperature was great. There are some minor repairs on appliances and paint but that did not dampen the stay and will surely be addressed with routine maintenance.

Overall fabulous location & clean & convenient Parking issues being blocked in multiple occasions by workers at next door property getting renovated but was able to figure out with workers at neighboring property Just caused 10-15 min delays in them moving trucks and they own spot under property stairs making parking challenging at times

Exactly as described! Amazing Location.

Doesn’t get any more “in town” than this. Walkable to everything. Parking was great. Very clean and well appointed. Host was extremely responsive. This place was welcoming and tbh, it exceeded our expectations. We did sleep 8 here and it was a little tight - as we expected – but it worked, and the description of the sleeping accommodations are perfectly accurate, including the air mattress. Staying in town on a football weekend is going to be loud at night- that’s to be expected - and not a problem for us. This was a great rental and would definitely rent again here.

Best location!

My family stayed here for a sorority event for my daughter and we couldn't have been happier with the location! The apartment had plenty of room for the three of us, and was nice and light and comfortable. One note though...the stairs leading up to the apartment are a little precarious, especially for my 76 year old mother in law. Other than that we loved the place and would rent here again.

The only problem we had was we never saw or heard from the owner until we left and had forgotten food in the freezer and she wanted to charge us more… yet we were there from Wednesday til Sunday and they never brought fresh towels.

Fine, with the right expectations

The property worked great for us, and if we had a reason to go to Auburn again, we would stay again. Easy walk to everything on campus. Smack dab in the commercial area with restaurants and bars and a Target out the window. But it is an old, historic (?) building. The entrances are up tired, rusty, metal stairs. The wood around the exterior doors are rotted. But once inside, the apartment is mostly solid.The showers have an 18" entrance, and are 2'x2' inside. One is clean and in good condition, although one has a gross, flaky ceiling. The place is loud: street noise, train, bakery downstairs was playing tunes at 6am but we brought ear plugs based on other reviews and had no issues.Furniture was decent. Fridge was spotless. Great to have free parking. Place for dog to pee just down a short flight of stairs. We would definitely stay again. Just set your expectations.

Fantastic location

Can’t say enough about this property. It is a beautiful, historic apartment right in the heart of downtown. Location was great, parking was easy. We would definitely stay here again! The host was extremely responsive - we had an issue before checkin that was resolved almost immediately. As for the noise mentioned in other reviews, it’s just that of a busy city street. The sound machines worked great. And for those wondering about the shower, the width was the length of my fingers to my elbow. We will definitely stay here again!
