This penthouse is absolutely adorable. The owners have thought of everything - from the decor to the household items to gameday necessities. It was so clean, and everything in the penthouse seemed new. The arrival and departure instructions were clear and easy. The star of the show is the location as you are steps from everything Auburn has to offer. Although parking is included, you really don't need your car to enjoy Auburn. There are only two issues - it does get a little noisy on the weekends with Sky Bar being so close. Also, the only way to access the apartment is via stairs so if you are traveling with older adults, you may want to consider that. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property,

Graduation weekend

Loved this condo. Very spacious and roomy for my family. The outdoor area is also spacious. It is between two bars, however, we had no issue with the noise. Will definitely stay here again. Great location.

Great place!

The condo was really cute and immaculately clean. The location is prime if you want to be right in town by the restaurants, shops and bars. It is basically right over one of the clubs and as stated before and the music is loud and did go on until 2am. We were there to see the kids though, so we were so happy with the beautiful place and great location that we were ok with the late night noise.

Very nice place in a great location!

The condo was very nice and comfortable with many updated/modern amenities. We loved the downtown location across from campus, within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops. The outside balcony was huge with a great view. The only downside was that the condo is right between a night club and sports bar that get pretty loud at night until about 2am on the weekend.

After we arrived we noticed a few things were missing. I reached out to Amanda and she immediately came by (at 8pm!) to make it right. Great place with a perfect location on campus. Nice for entertaining guests too.

Luxurious, new, and spacious, walk everywhere!!

This place is amazing, everything is brand new and high quality. Pottery barn towels, dishes, high end furniture. I will book for every future stay in Auburn. The fact that there are two units this nice right next to each other means I have enough space for any visit! Can’t wait for football season in this place, looking right the front door at Toomers Corner oaks!

This property was actually better than I anticipated. While the pictures on the site are great, you don’t always know how big the space will be. Well….this had more space than I anticipated. We had 5 staying for 3 days and it was very accommodating. Will be looking to rent in the future. There were ZERO problems during our stay. Check it out!!!

Best Game Day Stay

We had a great time! The description was accurate and yes, there is a lot of nighttime noise, but one room is much quieter than the other and the one closest to all of the noise was fine with a box fan and sound machine (both provided). The disadvantage of the noise is far outweighed by the location and the venue itself. It has plenty of space and is decorated with beautiful, current style. They even provided cute clear game day bags to carry into the game - they have thought of everything! We loved it!

Beautifully decorated, clean and perfect location near campus mid-week

Loved the decor and cleanliness and layout of this property. So very comfortable. We stayed Sunday thru mid-week so did not have any interaction or issues with the bar life near by so did not experience any noise issues. Location was great for family looking to tour Auburn since all was in walking distance and great way to prospective students to get a feel for downtown. Many restaurants and shops near by. NOTE: only accessible by stairs so must be able to carry suitcases up two short flights of stairs. Not issue for us but could see it as issue for older guests or anyone with injury or disability. Loved our stay here, Would absolutely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Penthouse! Location can't be beat! You're in the middle of it all. Thankful for the noise machines in the room.Technically, I think this should show in the description as sleeping four. There are two bedrooms. I assume they are counting the couch for the other two sleeping locations. We were glad to find the blow-up mattresses in the closet.

The property was very clean and comfortable as was spacious. The location for walking around campus and downtown could not be better. But BE WARNED-when the description says it’s next to bars with bar noise and street traffic take heed. Those things are true. Those things are actually not the problem. The bar noise is actually club beats that go on past 2 am. The bar is open to the elements. No walls and there is just a small alley way between bedroom windows and the music. If you are in your 20’s and maybe even 30’s. Or you get so drunk you pass out. Or you are hard of hearing then this is the perfect rental property for you. If you are none of those things then you should keep shopping for a different place to stay/sleep.
