'Comme un nouveau chez-soi'

Très belle maison avec une atmosphère authentique, dans laquelle nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis chez nous. Il ne manque rien. Un endroit merveilleux à une époque où l'on a plus que jamais besoin de telles oasis. Notamment grâce au merveilleux propriétaire de la maison, qui s'est occupé de nous avec beaucoup d'attention. Un homme d'esprit qui a vu le monde. Merci de tout cœur.

MAISON NON ENTRETENUE AUX PRESTATIONS TRES DECEVANTES

Maison non entretenue aux prestations désastreuses et indignes. Piscine aux rebords noircis. Sécurité piscine non fonctionnelle Eclairage et luminaires obsolètes Impossible de prendre une douche sans que l’eau ne déborde a cause d’un défaut de conception Literie obsolete. Draps, couettes et linge de bains usés jusqu’à la corde Oreillers et traversins tellement vieux qu'ils sont à mettre à la benne. Chasse d’eau des WC tellement bruyante qu’elle reveille toute la maisonnée. Maison abandonnée qui nécessite des travaux et un renouvellement de la totalité du linge. Le prix est sans aucun rapport avec la catastrophique prestation. Louer un bien dans cet état devrait etre interdit. Location à éviter.

Quel bonheur !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa. L’accueil du propriétaire est très agréable et très appréciable. L’équipement de la villa est comme à la maison et gros point positif, notre petite chienne a été accepté et chouchouté. Nous recommandons +++ cette location, elle est très au calme et proche des commodités, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir dans ce magnifique cadre. Christel et Christophe.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour dans cette belle maison fonctionnelle et bien équipée, en lisière du golf dans un lotissement très calme, à proximité du bassin et des plages océanes, et du centre ville d'Arcachon et de la Teste-de-Buch. Beaucoup d'activités à 20 mn en voiture. Le plus: une chambre donnant directement sur la terrasse et la piscine. Merci de votre accueil.

Très bonne vacances

Vacances très agréables dans une maison parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée. M. Le Goff le propriétaire est quelqu’un de très sympathique et attentionné envers ses locataires. Une bouteille de rosé ainsi que des sodas nous attendaient à l’arrivée dans la propriété. Ce sont ce genre de petites attentions qui rendent l’expérience si agréable. Merci encore.

Attention au plus

Très bonne impression , maison très propre à notre arrivée. Attention simplement aux options draps serviettes en plus et ménage qui est obligatoire et facturé en plus . Pour nous on pensait que il était facultatif donc nous l’avions fait ! Heureusement le propriétaire très gentil avec son accent chantant ne nous l’a pas facturé.

Splendid!

The house is as beautiful as in the pictures and big enough for two families. The location is calm but very close to everything. So bike actually is sufficient to reach la dune or the beaches. Robert is very nice and helpful at anytime! Highly recommend for a family holiday with a lot of swimming! Very good value for the money. Merci beaucoup!!!

Splendida villa molto ben attrezzata e arredata.

La proprietà si trova nella periferia di Teste du Buche a circa 4 km dalle spiagge di Pyla sur Mer e dalle dune du Pilat. E' molto confortevole con una splendida piscina e la massima privacy. Robert è una persona molto cordiale e ci ha dato ottimi consigli sulle zone da visitare. Indispensabile l'auto per poter visitare le tante attrazioni dei dintorni: Arcachon, Cap Ferret, la riserva ornitologica e molto altro ancora. Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza di relax e di charme. Grazie Robert
