This property was in a great location, just a few blocks from the beach. It was a lovely home with a great backyard suitable for pets. The master bath was awesome and the kitchen was well laid out with everything you may need. The host provided the easy check in/out instructions up front which was appreciated. Great house in a great location!

Highly recommend. Came for a family gathering, and the home was perfect. Clean, well appointed, quiet nice neighborhood. Kitchen is well equipped, beds and linens were nice and comfortable. Harris Teeter is nearby. WiFi worked well. Loved having the deck and fenced yard as we were traveling with our pup. Photos are accurate. We would definitely stay again if traveling to VA beach. Recommend visiting the North Shore beaches if you enjoy a quieter vibe. Thank you for a perfect getaway, Josh!!

This place was a very nice stay. It was 3 blocks from the beach, an hour from Williamsburg and 2 hours from the outterbanks. 2 minutes down the road froma grocery store. The house was spotless when we arrived, even my 8 year old commented on how nice of a place it was! Josh was pretty responsive, and he even came by when we had a little issue with the door handle. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Property in a quiet neighborhood. A bit of a further walk than we would have liked to walk to beach and restaurants.House was very clean and open concept was beautiful. Owner was always responsive to text messages. Our family enjoyed beaching, dolphin watching, parasailing, getting henna tattoos on the boardwalk, and biking on the boardwalk. We had fantastic weather the week we visited Virginia Beach. We did enjoy Repeal burgers and bourbon and the Bad ass coffee house that had been recommended by the owner.Another great vacation to put in the Family Book!

House was very clean and had all kitchen and bath necessities. Josh answered all our questions quickly. Communication was great. Location was great short walk to Harris Teeter and about 10 minute walk to Boardwalk Good restaurants close car drive. Beds were comfortable. Some better straight back chairs would be a good add for the living area for the older guests. Overall, a great stay!

Everything was amazing came in for a quick wedding weekend. From day one was an amazing place to relax. My three kids loved the rooms and the backyard. The master bathroom for was the star of the show. Would recommend highly. My n only complaint was that we had to leave.

They had literally everything you could need for a stay! The kitchen was fully stocked plus coffee, bathrooms had extra everything and everything was so neatly put together and just make it all the more beautiful of a stay. I will definitely be coming back here for my stays in VB and I see why they have a 10/10 rating. The host also helped us out with a few things and was quick to answer any questions we had it was 100% stress free :)
