The Space
We designed Ocean's Edge with two words in mind: coastal whimsy. As you step inside our playfully appointed space you will be struck by the panoramic ocean views. As you step onto the deck to take a closer look you hear the soothing sounds of the waves crashing and see a vista ranging from Beards Hollow to Long Beach. From this spot you will experience the waves rolling in, incredible sunsets and the sounds of frogs in the greenbelt below your perch. This is the spot that we fell in love with Ocean's Edge and we hope that you will too.

Back inside you will find a thoughtfully appointed space awaiting you with small luxuries woven throughout the space. From premium Egyptian cotton bedding, down & feather pillows, down comforters, Turkish bath towels, memory foam mattresses, smart TV's with Netflix and premium cable, an Echo for music, EO bath & body products and everything you need for a day at the beach including bikes, towels, coolers, kite and beach toys and a rugged wagon to cart it all, there has been attention to each detail.

The main floor features a comfortable living room with a propane fireplace, recliner and sectional sofa. Here you will find a Smart TV with many streaming options, along with a soundbar and Blu-ray player. You will find a selection of books, games and DVD's for your use. The well stocked kitchen provides ample opportunity to cook (although there are many nearby restaurants). The kitchen coffee bar features both a Keurig pod coffee maker along with a Cuisinart coffee maker and coffee pods. Here we have an Echo to provide news and music for the chef. We also offer great pots and pans, bakeware, wine and champagne glasses. The dining table seats six. There is a 1/2 bath on the main floor.

The second floor has 2 masters with ensuite bathrooms. The master has a king and the 2nd bedroom a queen bed, both with memory foam mattresses, premium bedding& towels, 43" smart TV's and soundbars. The west facing master offers panoramic ocean views. Also located on this level is a full laundry room.

The garage boasts most everything you need for a bike ride or day at the beach! We have four bikes, eight beach chairs, beach towels, a kite, beach toys, 2 coolers and a cart to get it all down to the beach, which is easily accessible from Ocean's Edge.

The Neighborhood
We have been regular travelers to the peninsula for the last several decades and dreamed one day of having a space with an ocean view. This space fulfills that dream! Seaview is moments away from the heart of Long Beach and numerous small communities located on the peninsula. Along with time spent enjoying the water there are many outdoor activities, festivals and events including the world famous Kite Festival in August, Saturday Farmers Markets, Razor Clam Festival, Summer Concert Series, clamming & crabbing, deep sea fishing, biking on the Discovery Trail, kayaking and visiting nearby historic Astoria OR.
