Hot tub was very clean, wish we had turned it on when we arrived! Fire pit was fun, everything was very clean and accessible! Thank you for sharing your home with our family! Super close to everything fun, we loved the bumper cars the most!

Very very cute and cozy home! This was mine and my boyfriend’s first trip together and we absolutely loved it and had the best time. We loved this home as it felt like home to us. The only thing that was a bit misleading was I did not know the hot tub and fire pit were shared and can only be booked in one hour blocks. Since it was our first trip and it was on a whim, we didn’t have a plan and didn’t know when we would want to use the hot tub but we weren’t in much of a hot tub mood anyway. The house does have a very big tub though which was nice. Overall the home was very clean, comfortable, easy to access and get into. Close to the ocean and a minute or two drive to the nearest public parking. Check in was easy and straight forward!

The location is perfect, with a lot of space. My only critique is that you could sometimes hear guests in the other unit and it sometimes sounded as if they were in our unit. Other than that we loved it.

Fun time away!

My daughter and I came to Seaside for a girls get away, and we were not disappointed! The little house was perfect for the two of us and is in a great location. Even though it rained while we were there, we were able to cozy up, play games, and watch some tv when it was too wet to go outside! Highly recommend for a girls get away!

We had a nice stay here! The hot tub though was highly chlorinated which made it difficult to enjoy more than the 1 time we tried it. Overall, it was a fun spot and the tvs were easy to navigate.

Our stay was comfortable, and the host was very kind and responsive throughout our visit. Everything in the home was clean and in working order, which we appreciated. However, there were a few things future guests may want to be aware of. The listing photos were a bit misleading regarding the number of bedrooms, the picture showing one room with different comforters made it appear as if there were more bedrooms than there actually are. It wasn’t listed as a two bedroom so that’s my fault but I did rent it thinking it was two bedrooms. The house itself was okay overall but could benefit from some updates and a general refresh. Additionally, the downstairs area had a strong mold smell, but I’m sure that’s hard to avoid in such a rainy area. Fireplace was a huge plus! With a few improvements, this could be a much more enjoyable stay, and the host’s responsiveness is definitely a positive!

Our favorite place for to go and relax is Seaside. We bought and furnished Chateau for our own use. Realizing we aren't able to get away very often, we decided to allow guests to stay there and enjoy our relaxing home. We both taught and are semi-retired with 3 grown sons, 2 wonderful daughter-in laws, and 4 adorable grand kids.

Why they chose this property

Seaside is so much fun for every age with so much to do. We love to bike and it is the perfect place for biking with few hills and wide streets. We also love the beautiful view from Chateau and enjoy sitting on the deck in all kinds of weather looking at the river and the mountains.

What makes this property unique

Walking to everything and parking the car! Walking along the prom always refreshes us and going out to dinner in the evening without getting in the car is an added bonus. The view of the ocean is lovely, with no sand in our shoes! The hot tub and fire pit are a nice amenity to use in the evening after sight seeing.
