OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Guests are welcome to explore the Pine Flats community. If visiting in the winter, 4-wheel drive is recommended. During the spring and summer, the creek passage at the entrance of Pine Flats can occasionally have water running over the bridge from time-to-time, but rarely does this cause an issue. In the event of high water in the creek you may park your vehicle just outside the neighborhood entrance and use the bridge to cross over the creek by foot to access the home.
Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.
We do accept alterations requests, but require that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.

Lovely place to stay in the Oak Creek Canyon. Very clean. Nice place to go wading just a mile down the road and just a few miles from Slide Rock State Park.
Very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay outside of Sedona to feel like you’re in the woods, because you are! Seeing the cliffs right outside the window was amazing. The cabin was cozy, only critique we have is its decor is pretty dated, but that didn’t stop us having a relaxing time.
The cabin was our home away from home for 3 weeks this February. The beds and baths were perfect and the kitchen provided all we needed to cook there. The main attraction was the beautiful location! We felt the majesty of the canyon there. The drive to Sedona takes about 20 minutes, but it is a beautiful drive.
This was a perfect location for our family as we can easily access hiking trails and take a short drive to town. The secluded area was nice as we could relax from our busy lives.Upon check-in, the cabin was well lighted and prepared for our arrival. There was no guessing as everything was well laid out. Check-out was even easier.
This cabin is so cute. You definitely get what you pay for and the description is accurate. The furniture is comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect at night, quiet and dark. You can see the beautiful sky and hear owls in the trees. Brandon is so nice, helpful, and responsive. My only suggestion is kitchen utensils, kitchen towels, pots and pans, decorative pillows could use replacing.
Great property for 2 couples. The bedrooms were spacious, loved the 2 baths and it was nice that one couple slept upstairs and the other slept downstairs. The upstairs sitting area was very spacious and it had a great view of the forest. The outdoor patio seating in the back of the house was so relaxing after a long day. The kitchen is well appointed, but a bit on the small side if you have multiple cooks in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property. The owner communication was fantastic. He provided many recommendations for dining and activities which was greatly appreciated.
This property lives up to its listing. Great location, nestled in the forest between Sedona and Flagstaff. Nice and clean, with plenty of thoughtful touches and excellent communication from the property management team. Definitely open to another stay in the future!
The cabin was as advertised, very picturesque. We had everything we needed, and loved the quite, and scenery. Would book again.
