Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please be sure to pick up pet waste if you're bringing a dog & place bag in the metal can.
Set the mini-split units to HEAT setting at 62 degrees Fahrenheit. (Winter!) Set the mini-splits units to AC setting at 72 degrees Fahrenheit. (Summer!)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please minimize noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
