Spacious open floorplan, 4 Bed/4 Bath, 2 Living areas, family-friendly neighborhood, 6 miles to University of Oklahoma (OU), easy access to I-35 and OKC, restaurants, CVS, shopping all conveniently located. 
Perfect for short-term family dislocation due to fire, flood, tornado, remodel, construction of primary home, new home closing delays. The design of this home is very open and free-flowing with lots of windows that allow natural sunlight. The home has two patios and is excellent for outdoor living by the swimming pool in the backyard. Perfect for family and friend gatherings.
Guests have full use of the private home, yard, and pool. The owner has a few personal items stored in the garage.  I or my assistant will greet you at the home upon arrival to orientate you to the home. This is a NON-SMOKING home. Located in a family-friendly, quiet community. You will see people on the sidewalks walking their dogs.  The home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac which minimizes traffic. I-35 is very close,  allowing quick access to Oklahoma City, 15-20 minutes, depending upon traffic and specific location. There are several popular restaurants nearby for a relaxing evening or weekend outing.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the sheets on the beds. Collect the used towels and place by the utility room. Fill free to wash a load of towel, not required, but appreciated. Please turn off all lights, TV, etc.
Please bring in & return all swimming pool toys & floatiies to the garage. Tidy up the outside area, if needed. Please walk through & check baths & bedrooms to be sure they are acceptable .
Please notify us upon you departure & lock.the front door. Thank ♥️ you for being our guests! And come back soon!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The booking guest Must be the 1st party to arrive & given the house tour. No friend/family/employee may arrive prior to the booking guest.
All animal poop must be removed from the yard immediately and disposed of. Charges occur if poop is found in the yard.

Property was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in, and Dan was very responsive with any questions we had. The patio smells wonderful with the wisteria vines, great spot for morning coffee.

Perfect house for large groups. At the beginning we had a few minor issues and the owners were very responsive and addressed them right away. We stayed there for seven days and were comfortable the whole time. Very quiet neighborhood and a great location close to everything. The backyard is the best part if you just wanna hang out and relax with friends and family. Great house and highly recommend if in the area.

The house could use a renovation and the yard needed to be mowed, but the location was pretty good, although further from OU campus than advertised. We had to buy hand soap and bath soap, so make sure you bring your own.

Relaxing Bachelorette Weekend

We had a group of friends for a relaxing weekend away. The host was gracious and showed us all necessary things with the property and even left a few welcome snacks! The pool was tranquil with plenty of sitting room to lounge around and be outside. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many dining options. I would definitely recommend the space for future travels!
