It is the ideal starting point for hikes and varied visits of the rich heritage of Brittany but also for relaxing family holidays while playing quoits and table tennis and enjoying the water activities of the 5 beaches of this charming seaside resort. This was our second stay in this house - we came back because of its charme, the beautiful terrace in the spacious garden, the well equipped kitchen, the excellent shopping facilities nearby (baker, fish, crustaceans, butcher) and of course the beautiful surroundings.

Perfect for our family holiday

We have just spent a wonderful week at Le Roc Fleuri with our family. The house has been renovated to a very high standard, is tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. We were surprised to find how well equipped the property was with excellent cooking facilities, copious crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils. We all felt we had plenty of space to relax and yet could come together for family meals. Our granddaughter loved her first experience of the beach and we all enjoyed the treats from the local boulangerie and boucherie. Merci M. et Mme Auvray for a great stay. Une maison de famille très bien équipée et agencée avec goût. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la majorité avec un lavabo ce qui est bien pratique. La literie est excellente. Wir haben einen Drei-Generationen-Familienurlaub in Lanciex gemacht und uns in dem absolut perfekt ausgestattenen, wunderschönen und perfekt gelegenen Haus und im entzückenden Ort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Wetter war viel schlechter als erhofft, aber wir haben uns schnell daran gewöhnt und sind dankbar und mit Wehmut abgereist.

Située idéalement à Lancieux la location proposée par Mr et Mme Auvray est parfaite pour une famille nombreuse: les chambres sont spacieuses, le salon-séjour au RDC est très grand, le jardin est superbe et entièrement clos. Enfin les équipements et le matériel de cuisine sont très complets. Nous avons donc passé un excellent séjour et comptons bien revenir dès 2024!

Maison avec un charme indéniable ! à protéger et ne pas louer à n importe qui. La sélection est nécessaire car il serait dommage de « salir » cet espace de verdure qu est le jardin et d entacher le décor de la demeure. Tout est disposé avec soin dans une harmonie parfaite ! Rien ne manque

Nous avons trouvé une maison parfaitement équipée et rénovée avec goût, dans un environnement calme, à un jet de pierre du centre du village qui offre tous les commerces nécessaires. Les enfants ont aimé jouer dans le petit parc de la propriété. Le village, sa plage et le sentier du littoral sont charmants. Bref, merci à nos hôtes pour ce séjour familial régénérant.

Maison confortable dans un village agréable et calme.

Maison pas loin de la plage, bien agencée et agréablement décorée. Il y tout ce qu'il faut. Rue calme. A 9 adultes nous étions à l'aise avec des espaces de tranquillité. Terrasse et jardin qui permettent de se détendre agréablement au soleil ou à l'ombre. Les propriétaires ont été réactifs à nos demandes et notre arrivée après 16h. Nous les remercions beaucoup de leur gentillesse.

Wunderbares Haus, alles liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Roc de Fleuri Ende Mai 2022. Wir waren mit vier Personen da und haben das Haus und das Anwesen sehr genossen. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs [Bäcker, Metzger, Fischladen, kleiner Supermarkt] sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch mehrere Strände in max. 500 m. Man kann das Auto also getrost stehen lassen. Die Schlafzimmer haben Meerblick. Wir können das Haus von ganzem Herzen weiter empfehlen. Petra K. und Fam.
